Hey op if you do document these things make sure if anyone asks for it make sure you give them a copy not the Trust No One Light Shirt What’s more,I will buy this original if you hand them the original and something happens to it will be harder for you to prove something happened definitely report this to HR, and start looking for a new job just in case. If you can remember the name of the patient who witnessed this behaviour, You should let HR know their name. definitely don’t let this person get away with that behavior, it could be a pattern so reporting it is very important. Even if you don’t wanna work there, or think you might lose your job, it’s really important to make sure that this is on that person’s record so they can’t continue to do this to other people.

Trust No One Light Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

If you are going to take this to your HR department, I suggest asking your co-worker (and maybe the Trust No One Light Shirt What’s more,I will buy this patient as well) to give witness statements to back you up. Make sure you make note of incidents and ask for witnesses as these things occur. When you are ready potentially email him with asking for him to keep his hands off you. Specify when it has occurred and hope that they respond for evidence purposes. Get that evidence and go to HR Have all ducks lined up so that if worst case you bail from the job you can ask for a severance as hush money. Best case this fuck gets the flick. Would you at least try to go for the eyes? You could very well be fine. They could assign you a new trainer/department/OJT person. Sure you might be stuck with this person but at least there is documentation on HRs side regarding the issue. I was bullied and harrassed at a top health care company. When “push came to shove” I had to leave due to PTDS and she is still walking the halls of the hospital.
