Talk to other staff members about this person’s behavior to get a feel of how others view them and I guarantee someone else has the Trust No One Be Careful Shirt and I will buy this same story about how they treat them poorly too. Lol yeah threaten to sue/call the labour board/get management involved. Preferably sue that way you get paid, and the person will get fired, and you got a witness too. Which is a cherry on the cake. Next shift – wear a shift with a front facing pocket and put your phone there on record – start getting that evidence. crazy bEEETch put her hands on you – as your superior – when you asked for help -in fe ront of the patient. GTFO 93 more repliesGet everything in writing, go to HR and the police. It’s APPALING that this person works in the medical field and is this aggressive. Imagine if she was with a patient and she did that to them when they asked a question. It would be an instant lawsuit against the clinic. If nothing comes of it then leave. That is not a place you want to be associated with if nothing happens. Get what you need from other sources. But I am a bit more assertive than most. I may pull her aside and have an Ernest talk with her. I would not accuse her I would speak in “I” terms. Whatever you do, all the best, love! HR is rarely your friend. However, there should be a company procedure on who trains which new hires. The real problem is that once you are “trained”, she’ll still be your boss! If she’s the problem, all the training in the world will not save you from her wrath if she finds you spoke with HR. I gotta rant about this. We get NO training on our job and are just thrust into awkward encounters with customers all the time now. We sell computer hardware / software to medical facilities and we used to have the little odd job here and there where we sen5 a tech onsite to install it for the customer. Majority of techs quit because they are tired of being treated like glorified Geek Squad installers when they’ve position is to install and calibrate precision drug dispensing robots.

Now it seems they have gotten so cheap they are asking the Trust No One Be Careful Shirt and I will buy this customer to install it themselves. The majority of our projects now are installing peripheral equipment and saying my dept will assist them. My dept deals with Server / client upgrades and adding software products to their servers. So I guess talking a non-technical pharmacy tech through installed a script scanner falls in our wheelhouse?!?? Well it’s gotten even worse since all our project managers are now quitting. So we are told to do these customer assist installs but now not even given the na,e of the customer or contact info – we are told to find it ourselves – it’s our responsibility because they assigned it. Well that tells me they have no idea who the person is installing this onsite, and I’ve decided to start playing that to my advantage. End of day, of course they’ve installed this incredibly complicated multi-input KVM switch, I called and talked to so-and-so who said it was done. Project complete. I never calles them once. Who will ever hold me accountable either as they have no way to know if I called the right point of contact, you see that info is the project managers responsibility. Learning very quickly instead of rocking the boat when your being screwed just agree to everything and do nothing while ensuring you can’t be directly accountable for another positions responsibilities.
