They should have a consequence for being unethical, and that bad review is the way. Same thing happened to me with a bath. Company kept promising stock dates then letting me down. Went on for 7 months. Eventually I cancelled but I noticed the bath was back in stock for a much higher price on the website I bought a £279 hoover from them cancelled it bought one from currys instead they refunded me yet still delivered the hoover trying to return it was a pisstake so I kept it. On amazon a protein bar company did this to me as they listed their box of 12 for £10 rather than £25 (on discount) so I ordered 6 and after a few weeks nothing arrived and then they began a refund and said it was out of stock but I looked at the listing and they had just out the price to £30. They made up bull shit so I complained to amazon who eventually gave me a voucher to buy one box but essentially they got away with it, it’s somewhat fraud really.
