I mean if she is being combative then it’s fair to say, I’m not interested and I don’t think this is a productive conversation. What’s wrong with saying “Precisely?” My whole family, and relatives are obese, I’m virtually 6′ and weigh 155 I exercise discipline in what I eat, and how many calories i burn. Being heavy is a choice, and being attractive is in the Stupid Up Shirt in other words I will buy this eye of the beholder, … yikes, am I about to be flamed? My stepsister is built like a d66 dozer from birth. She doesn’t have a choice She’s just a big woman. That being said she eats garbage and is probably twice her normal weight of 225-250. I’m 6ft 150lb toothpick. I could lay on the couch and eat 5k calories a day and only gain high cholesterol. It’s not a choice I’m just built like a head on a stick. So for some people, it isn’t a choice, just thought I’d throw that in there.

Stupid Up Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Disagree at the Stupid Up Shirt in other words I will buy this end of the day it’s just calories in vs out, you just burn more calories naturally then she does. If she ate healthy and excercised she would lose weight it’s just math. Sure, at its simplest form. But all sorts of errant biological processes can complicate the equation of calories in vs calories out significantly, to the point where it’s almost insulting to simplify it to that level. I know someone who as a result of their quirky biology has to have a ridiculously small calorie intake, to the point of it being unhealthy, just to move the scale in the downward direction. I even meal prepped and handled their diet for them for a while to make things easier for them, and it was crazy the difference their biology made in how difficult it was to lose weight. Hormones, disabilities, epigenetic and genetic factors, vitamin deficiencies, gut microbiome, external and internal stressors, and a whole host of other biological mechanisms mean that for some people, weight loss can be extremely difficult.
