Thoughts are not a bad thing and as long as you view it that way, you’ll be frustrated every time you meditate. Rather than try force/push your thoughts away, try watching them with neutrality and no judgement/no reaction. After a while of doing this your brain will most likely settle anyways by itself because you are no longer giving your thoughts power or energy to run off. And even pushing away or trying to shut your thoughts up is giving them energy as well as engaging with them. The trick is to not get involved and continue meditating anyways. It’s practice but eventually you’ll be able to spot the Simon Phoenix murder death kill shirt moreover I will buy this difference between when you’re involved and when you’re just observing. Keep at it though and make sure you’re doing a little everyday!

Simon Phoenix murder death kill shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Be compassionate with yourself! It’s wonderful that you’re developing a practice at such a young age. Imagine you can just hold yourself gently. Observe from a slight distance. Don’t grasp. Don’t be too interested. Let everything flow by, like you’re watching the Simon Phoenix murder death kill shirt moreover I will buy this countryside roll by from the window of a train. Or watching the ocean. You can be with the feeling of the breath going in and out, or something else—you’ll find what’s right for you, but mostly I think it’s about acceptance. Eyes open, but soft focused seems to be the state, because you’re kind of ‘zoning out’ or in, as it were… good luck, enjoy taking your breaks, you deserve them! It’s ok just let those 1000000 thoughts flow through your head. Just sit back and observe. Observe for what? Just to observe.
