Do not take on this title without the San Antonio Spurs Duncan And Robinson Signatures Shirt What’s more,I will buy this pay increase. If they do not want to pay an increase when your title changes then one of them can step into that position since they are getting compensated for the title already. Dont be surprised if they get mad and scratch the whole idea. If they do, they definitely were going to fck you out of the pay raise. If they hired someone else, that person would likely start out with a higber pay than you, so, I dont see the issue with giving you the raise. You’re in a voluntary contract to work for a stated amount. They’re offering more responsibility, and given good performance, more pay. Stop listening to the absolute biggest losers of the internet and do the job as well as you can for 2 months. If they haven’t increased your pay and changed your title by then, ask them why. Bosses are busy, there are a million moving parts to attend to, and even if they seem to be ignoring you, they may just be genuinely swamped. Get outside of your head. If they disrespect you, make a decision to either tread water while you find another job, or quit outright if you have some savings. Value yourself and treat your time like it is worth $100 an hour regardless of your current position

I did this and it worked out. My company actually does this quite a bit. It sounds like you’re a great person and worker, so now they want to see if you’re going to be a great manager / director. Do what makes you happy. If you’re not interested then respectfully say so. If you always wanted to advance and you’re happy, go for it and keep doing what you’re doing. Usually with us…..when you’re in that role for around 90 days and have proven to be good, they shoot your pay way up along with everything else. This is obviously the San Antonio Spurs Duncan And Robinson Signatures Shirt What’s more,I will buy this outcome I’m looking for. I am really hoping that they just want to give me a crack at it to make sure I’m going to be as good a manager/director as I am in my current role. He did say I have a very bright future there but I’m a realist and a cynic at heart so I have to look at every possible angle. If they are so great and awesome, why the trial period? Just give them the job, and if it works out, it works out.
