Why not email HR and ask them the Rocky Mountain Vibes Logo Shirt Besides,I will do this reasons you where not promoted so you can better work on said issues that prevented you from being promoted. This is best route I use this for all important info talking talking with all businesses including the one I work for.Always protect yourself with having documentation on the matter especially if it’s something you think is illegal or doesn’t sound right. Also you’re able to have it overlooked by someone with proper knowledge in the laws placed to protect employees & employers..This has helped me before as I’m truck driver/Truck Foreman.I once had a superintendent of the job I was on tell me to cut all the trucks off early.I simply asked if he can text message over to me as I couldn’t really hear what he was trying to say. In doing so he texted me exactly that. So ended up signing all the trucks out which was roughly 28 rentals we used that day. A few hours go by & I receive a call from the Main Superintendent.(There is usually 2 per project but 1 who calls the shots around as the other helps out.) So he’s wondering where all our trucks are. I go on to tell him the other super told me to cut them off early. When super is asked about this he denied it as they will believe a superintendent over a Foreman,Truck driver any day. Now even though yes I was blamed for it & took the ass chewing. I brought message to my boss who is in charge of all our trucking fleet & who contracts other trucking companies. He was relieved that I didnt do something so random & stated I did good as these Superintendents even though we work for the same company will sell you out or put the blame over to someone else to protect there bonuses they get..I asked should I turn it over to show the main super who was upset over the situation .He told me better to just keep it until the following week until everything cools down. If presented at the time of incident would have most likely caused friction in the work environment especially having to see the guy everyday. I waited for Lil over a week as it bothered me dude could just blame others and get away with it.So I was shooting the shit with the Main super and told him “hey remember last week when you thought I just out of the blue cutoff 28trucks”,he responded “yea who told you to do that. I know you just didn’t come up with doing that for no reason”. I showed him the text .Then he stated he had his suspicions. Also was happy I didn’t bring it up at the time of incident because CEO of company was there & would had to kick super of the site. Pretty much would have screwed him over as we really needed him there to get caught back with managing ground/earthwork. He then apologized for the ass chewing & stated he will call me first before anyone if another situation where to happen like that again. Reason I wasnt kicked off was because they had no other trucking foremans or anyone who wanted to take on the job task. They did tell my boss which he was bummed out at first but later happy after finding out I didn’t do it. He talked highly of me & put his neck out so I’d be able to do job..The good part of all this was a month later that lieing super was kicked of job site & had to work on another site not as a super but operater, which he lost claims on bonus when said job was finished. They get anywhere from 5-20grand bonuses.

Rocky Mountain Vibes Logo Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

All in all saved my ass as that was my first job working as a Trucking Foreman & would have been my last if I didn’t have that documentation. Supposedly that early callout cost company roughly $25,000 -$30,000 as I’m in the Rocky Mountain Vibes Logo Shirt Besides,I will do this paving industry which runs alot of money daily .Roughly for whole Job our winning bid was for 13 Million. .So small fuckups that don’t seem much end up being alot money. Even out 13 mil it doesn’t seem like alot but to many fuck up end up putting you under on a job & to keep from going more under you sub out job to another contractor taking whatever loses which is no bueno for any superintendent.Usually is fallowed by demotion to operater with shitty hours so you quit or they straight up get fired depending on loss amount. So yea always ask for text due to bad reception or email .Will save your ass in the long run.Even though 2 different scenarios me & you the main objective is to have documentation you be surprised what some write you. They mostly all have the same mind set that they can do no wrong .If it’s one of these types best believe they will email exactly what you just explained thinking there is no wrong in what they are doing.Hope all works out for you. Also there is alot other places to work that will see your hard work & reward you for it. Please don’t settle for a company who doesn’t care for there employees as it will never change unless all management is whiped out. Thats why large corporations when buying out another they start off with whiping out Management & start a new ..Yes seems fucked & alot lose there job but they can apply back for it which some get it & some don’t. They do this to get rid of any faults that the company had & use their own business management system which obviously is better as they just bought them out. Sorry for long message just thought I give a little on first hand situation involving the importantance of recieving & saving documentations during any work hrs.
