If HR doesn’t act that’s a lawsuit. Shoving you is technically assault and they can get sued to shit for that. Report, document, and consider an attorney if they don’t act. Shoving you with both hands is assault. You should NEVER go back there and you must report her to higher ups. An email detailing EXACTLY what happened and who was present. She should be terminated. Sorry your first job sucked. There are alot of crappy people out there. Remember HR is there to cover the Universität Bordeaux Sciences Technologies shirt in contrast I will get this corporate ass. If you don’t need the job desperately, leave or find a new one. This is not a good work culture if they can’t invest in proper training. There are probably cameras everywhere there is patient intake. Speak with HR and let them know of her actions and who was present at the time the incident occurred (including the patient). She will likely deny it, but cameras don’t lie.

Go to HR. Don’t sweat the Universität Bordeaux Sciences Technologies shirt in contrast I will get this dept. manager ever again. You, have the upper hand in that relationship from here forward. It is up to your department manager to to repair what little respect she ever should have been given by you. Ask your co-workers politely: how have you all dealt with this person? Was I in the wrong? I’d like to learn but no one is showing me how. And see if any of them will mentor you. Boots to buttons the manager was actually ticked off that your coworkers didn’t do just that and didn’t release her from her own responsibilities to show you the ropes. It’s on her now to repair any respect levels. Just do what you can, learn as much and as fast as you can and don’t show yourself to be a liability. Between seeing you work earnestly and HR having a discussion with her about her being inappropriate, she will most likely come around. Otherwise she’s just a snit human and again.. don’t sweat it cuz you won’t change her. She has to change herself.
