That’s not even the Trampled by turtles merch summercamp owl shirt But I will love this worst part. We are told that we are to get “quantity over quality.” Meaning we are to “scan and go.” If it doesn’t beep, keep moving…. Stocking team 2 has to work freight cuz overnights can’t do it all…plus half the team is tied up doing the gm truck for 3-4 hours cuz the machine is so broken… When is there time to zone the store? On a rare good day all of stocking 2 is actually zoning simultaneously only during the last hour of the shift…which of course isn’t an hour cuz at 10:50 it’s time to walk to the back to get ready to leave. I get assigned many aisles a night to zone, when I’m the only one in my department and sometimes have to help other departments, and then I get other tasks too. Like last night, it was “fill sidekicks, restock an endcap with product we don’t actually have so actually find something else to put there, fill the hangers from the soda steel ( I’ll never understand why it was there to begin with) to the aisle, zone bedding, towels, and rugs and drops”

I one time stared at one of the girls that took something off a shelf I had just zoned while moving the stuff back to the front.
