You could rent a cheap VPS from some cloud provider choosing a region in Sweden, setup a simple OpenVPN server on it, and to be as silent as possible, on your client you wouldn’t install OpenVPN, just buy a 30 euro travel router with VPN capabilities, set it up to always point at your VPS with an internet kill switch, connect it to your whatever device be it airbnb wifi or phone thethering and use it as a gateway.
