Friend is in a similar boat.. so they just submitted reels of security footage of the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this leader of the HoA breaking so many petty rules like Jaywalking and other stuff that on its own no-one gives a shit.. but over 1000hours of footage of him breaking tiny laws day in day out? It would just be the audacity and gall to attempt to tell you to do what you agreed to do in a legally binding contract. Really no need to go special forces on them, just don’t get into a contract (an HOA) if you don’t like the terms. I live in an HOA. When it snows, my sidewalks get shoveled and the road in our culdesac gets salted. When it’s fall, the leaves get collected. When it’s spring all the grass gets cut in the neighborhood. When it’s summer, the neighborhood pool gets open and all the kids get to enjoy a nice swim. With an HOA my portion is 75 bucks a month. And the snow being shoveled is usually done before I step out and head to work.
Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt- About us
Would have been much better if he instead found out who made the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this complaint on him and then started targeting them. So be me, about a year into my new house with an HOA, all quiet havent heard a squawk from anyone about infractions or notices what have you. Part of the reason I was okay with the hoa was because old owner assured me in the 4 years hes been there, they dont do anything, like at all. Showed me the FB group where everything was quiet, all good. Then after that year, some random ass lady down the street complained about her neighbors yard being too tall and quote “It was as tall as my toddler” and “Why hasnt the HOA done a damn thing about it, I pay dues, and yet when I put out my kids playset for trash, I get a notice!?!” Next thing I know, in the mail, I get a notice from the HOA about my grass being too tall, mind you, I live 2 roads from this lady, and I knew nothing about her prior, until another annoyed neighbor I was talking to pointed this ladys posted and how some people actually got like 3 notices and a fine all in one day, as if they just forgot to deliver it and just escalated the warnings.
You better believe I was heated, I was collateral damage in this stupid ass dispute between two neighbors, but even then I knew if I did this shit back to her, all of us in the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this neighborhood would suffer. My stepmom joined the HOA board after their first complaint so she could take those fuckers down from the inside. It worked. Turns out it was just 2 of the people who ran it that were dicks and the rest were just waiting for someone like my stepmom to step in that had the balls to stand up to the two assholes. She got a lot of the rules changed to more rational rules and one of the dicks ended up selling and moving away after they got a notice that the color of their house didn’t adhere to one of the rules they themselves had concocted. She’s a badass.
How to buy this Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt
If I could figure out who the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this one person is I’d focus all my energy but in this battle some collateral damage is expected. No it’s not. The way is to report every little thing wrong in the community that HOA now has to fix. Discolored patch of sidewalk? File a complaint. Discoloration on your unit due to water runoff from the gutter? Assuming HOA is responsible for the exterior appearances, file a complaint. Smoke alarm sometimes goes off in the hallway? File a complaint. Community hot tub not working? File a complaint and ask why you are even paying HOA fee this month. Make them actually work without punishing others and they’ll eventually just leave you alone. Their goal is to do as little as possible while making as much money as possible.
Make it easy to work with you in ways that you want them to do work, make it hard when it’s something you don’t want them to do. And always be polite and kind even when you’re using the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this stick instead of the carrot. Previous neighborhood we had a neighbor who complained to the HOA that we had a bag of mulch in a flower bed over a weekend (it rained). Once we discovered the neighbor it was game over. They had begun painting their house without HOA permission, fined. They had torn down their deck and left the wood on their driveway, fined. They put a “Joe and the Ho” sign up during Halloween, big time fined. I typically have no issues abiding by HOA guidelines, but when the crazies come out to enforce them, it’s like, don’t throw stones at glass houses. HOAs have the potential to end up doing the very thing that they were intended to prevent—that is, reducing the value of homes in an area by deterring people from wanting to live in a community of nosey, anal-retentive, and micromanaging tyrants.
Don’t even get me started on the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this guy who ran my old HOA, literally built on the shared public land behind all of our houses to increase his perceived property size. Not to mention of course he was very anal about things. I’ll never belong to another one again. I am not, and never will be, HOA. You buy a house. It’s your house. People are telling you that you can’t have xyz on your own house? That you work and pay for? Oh HELL noooo. A bunch of Karens bitching about the height of your hedges? It’s just an unhealthy relationship. OMG, it’s a cult…you may as well be in Scientology and your HOA manager is actually David Miscavige. I’ll call Leah Remini for you right now! Many HOAs are managed by organizations that make money off the fines so they are incentivized to find things wrong. They even have people that drive around looking for violations. May not have even been a neighbor. I thought if you’re going this route, you start with the board members 1st if they live in your HOA then go for who reported you. Otherwise, you get a copy of the board member bylaws from their HOA and report them to theirs.
I had a bylaw complaint about something years ago. I took down a good portion of the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this neighbourhood with me. Including the person that most likely filed the complaint with the township. HOA prez here. I’m the youngest home owner in my area. I joined the HOA and started making changes. We have a 3rd party doing checks so people can’t snitch on others. You can also join and make it not shit… What is HOA? I have only ever lived in apartments snd before that with my parents. Never had to deal with the HOA. I think it is a crock of shit. Dont tell me how the fuck to live my life, homeowners association. Reading these comments has me thinking that a lot of these people don’t fully understand the existence of HOAs. They are not a surprise replacement government. Don’t buy a house with an HOA if you don’t want it. Most HOAs exist to provide communal services like a neighborhood pool and lawn mowing service. People choose them and agree to pay when they buy the property. I would never buy anything associated with one, at least not until I’m 70 and want to entertain myself by snitching on the neighbors lol.
HOA’s are a necessary evil when there is common property in the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this community that needs to be maintained and insured. And most times the rules are completely reasonable, in spirit. The trouble is, people who have nothing better to do than go around looking for trouble. I’d never own a house in an area where HOA’s are a thing to begin with. The farther away my neighbors, the better. Got a letter about the state of my yard… All it said is it was not to standards and needed to be fixed… I checked all the rules and could not find the reason for the violation. So I mowed the grass and trimmed a rose bush. Got another warning which was just as vague so I then found out who the board members were and hot each of them with their violations as complaints… Never heard about my yard again. This was me until the cute girl in the HOA office gave me the name and address of who reported my patio lighting. Now the massive dildo with their names on it is gonna sit in the shared mailroom the whole time they are out of town.
as is tradition. Also, get yourself on the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this advisory board and help people live their lives under the HOA. This, of course, means critiquing the authors of all the historic complaints. It’s 2024. Why do people live in HOA’s? I don’t get it. Is there no other option in that area? Serious question. I got the big one today. The king of all write ups: My house must be painted (in one of three, pre-approved, bland colors) within 1 week or else suffer the wrath of the HOA. My partner did the nuclear route, they ran and got a spot on the board. Then created havoc because my partner is level headed, reasonable and got things changed. Naw, read every detail in the covenants, join the board, and find every single loophole that disenfranchises the patriarchal trolls. I must live in the exception to the rule. My HOA is actually reasonable. It’s nice not to have parked RVs blocking half the road, no broken down vehicles, and have maintained properties. They don’t write fines often. You’re given warnings before fines. Also, the board is open to resident input and have term limits. It can be a pain sometimes. Overall, though, this neighborhood is much better than the non-HOA one I lived in before. Legend has it, if you kill the head complainer, the curse is broken and all the other complainers become humans again.
Kinda like reddit after someone reports you. You then proceed to report and snitch on everyone for every little minor comment . I’m tired of HOA dues rising every year and it’s always landscape related when I call and ask why. So I’m joining the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this board and will be putting a stop to this. My entire campaign for votes is just gunna be that and already have my entire street on board. If someone is breaking a small hoa rule and the board or whatever doesn’t do anything about, can you so anything about it? My condo sure backed off my 2 under 20 lb dogs (1 allowed) when I started violently slamming my door at 10:50pm every night. They sent police and I said it’s perfectly allowed. The 1 dog rule was not legal and I can slam my door if I want to up until 10:59:59pm and will every day until they get the point. The office backed off of 3 others who were in violation but weren’t stiff spined enough. The property manager was replaced very quickly when I pointed out that the legal fees were the responsibility of the management company under their contract.
When my wife and I first started looking at houses, we were trying to determine if a particular house was in an hoa, my instant veto. We were waiting on a call back, and we started talking about this obnoxious green colored house right next door. I joked about the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this owners having a green colored car and the walls inside being painted green… right on both counts. Untill some started building than the others started too, so no one complain while his house under construction It’s not a city so the law was kinda fucked up, the government part in this area was retard (at best) so having a complain was enough This is precisely how HOAs function. They want to drive their members to become vindictive and snitch on each other. You’re doing their work for them, and they’re leveraging spite to get it.
Correct, the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this Stasi require your participation in order to maintain control. They cannot keep the peasantry in line themselves and as such work to ensure a culture of fear and suspicion that keeps everyone too paranoid to organize against them. The rules are intentionally unclear, the guidelines vague or meaningless, the punishments entirely under the discretion of the organization. Even better, stage a takeover of the hoa by finding out what every director did wrong. Thats how i took over my hoa long ago Doing God’s work. HOAs work best when everyone is involved. I shouldn’t have to snitch on the guy four blocks down, his neighbors should have taken care of him months ago. When I look at videos from USA, I see two types of areas: nice and normal. It’s always really good looking in the nice areas, but in normal ones it’s always so plain, chainlink fences, very open spaces. I am from Eastern Europe and we are used to nicen places up with flowers and additional plants.
Are these plain homes in not so nice areas are forbidden to plant flowers because of HOA? I always think how would I make the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this place more beautiful if I could just afford a simple house in a normal area. I owned a house in an HOA for about 2 years and I will never subject myself to that again if I can help it….. I’m still on the Facebook page from that neighborhood just to observe the chaos. they are the most miserable group of people that has ever existed on this planet of Earth. I really don’t know what it is about suburbia and HOAs, but it turns people into mania driven oligarchs.
In Australia they have little air jets to clear the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this track of millipede swarms, which, when squished en masse, would grease the tracks in South Australia’s hills. We’ve had cars go off the road when it is slick with forest tent caterpillars in Canada. Once in a while their population will explode and everything is covered in them. Fuck tent caterpillars, I have hated them since I was a kid and bugs don’t usually bother me. We found a giant nest in a tree once and decided to poke at it with a stick because we didn’t know what it was. The sudden shower of those things will haunt me forever Here on Brasil we have some caterpillars that burn if you touch them. And the fuckers will also be on those ball nests up trees and occasionally fall on you.
Are you guys like in competition with australia? I know you have big ass snakes and stuff, but self igniting caterpillars is a new one There’s a bridge near me, here in Pennsylvania, that gets swarmed with mayflies once a year. They’ll shut it down that night, then bring in a crew the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this next day to bulldoze off all the bodies. They get the same in Wisconsin/Minnesota in the spring/early summer. Mayfly corpses 2-3 inches thick on the bridges over the Mississippi. I think they changed the lights at some point and that might’ve helped, but I still have vivid memories of bicycling through that shit before it got cleaned off. I remember an event like that when I was a kid. My Mom and I were driving a back road and the road was black with caterpillars. Our car was sliding around on the road and I remember my Mom was worried we would end up in the ditch.
I also remember that the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this field and trees on the right side of the road were barren but on the left side of the road it was still green, but wouldn’t be for long. For those thinking this is a joke, it’s not. Crushed leaves release a chemical which, when combined with water and iron oxide, produces a lubricant. My dad used to drive transport. He was telling me a story about how he almost jackknifed because of a thick layer of gnats on the road Millipedes are the nice ones, like long armoured armadillo worms just with a well choreographed bounce in their step. If I find one inside the house I’ll politely ask it to leave Centipedes are the monsters, like 50 sets of scorpion legs, massive fangs, and a hate for all things alive. If I see one in a 15km radius, then I call the fire department to put out the justified arson I am to deliver upon this hellspawn death noodle When I was younger, in primary school, we did a class camp to Arbury Park Outdoor School (up the freeway near Stirling). There were several things I remember vividly from this camp. First was my friend getting his finger bitten by a cockatoo, after being told that he bites, and dont put your finger in the cage. Then was the wedge tailed eagle they used to have, which had a permanently damaged wing, but was sadly killed by a fox before a recent visit I did for work purposes. And lastly, was the fucking millipedes in the biological sciences building. Holy moly. The smell of the things was just god awful. Id rather smell my daughters shitty nappies than the smell of a thousand millipedes.
The only smell that sort of reminds me of this is christmas beetles, or rather, squished ones. I used to skateboard at Paradise skate park a lot, and during the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this summer, in the evenings with the light on, all the beetles would be buzzing haphazardly around and crashing into the ground. You try your best not to squish them, but there are just so many. Yep, every summer. We don’t get much rain the rest of year but during the summer it’s hellacious. So many people were getting their cars washed away trying to cross flooded streets that they made a law about it. It’s called “turn around don’t drown” and they can hold you legally responsible if you drive into water thinking you can cross it. People even get washed away into Mexico. When I first moved here there was a massive storm with golf ball sized hail that smashed all kinds of stuff. I had no idea it’s still pretty shocking how it can be so dry and hot and then all of sudden turn into pretty much a low grade hurricane.
And in the Team USA One For All Thank You Diana Taurasi shirt Additionally,I will love this Tucson area, there are two days [edit: not days, series of days! Autocorrect issue…] of rain a year, which is why the area is surprisingly rich in vegetation. Oh my bad: it autocorrected to “days”, but it is indeed much more than that. I meant two series of rain (I don’t want to call them rain seasons). I worked for commuter rail for a while, and on those trains, the sanding system is like a car’s Anti-Lock Brakes. The train has several speed sensors on the wheels and if it detects that the wheels should be turning more but aren’t, or that the train should be slowing but isn’t, or if the operator goes into full emergency braking, it will deploy sand to aid in the movement or stopping. I mean the way it was being described is not at all what’s happening either in the post title or the comments. Figured I’d at least mention that there’s more to it.
