It’s a segment available on YouTube, search for “Joe Rogan exercise motivation.” It has a hand-drawn animation over the audio. Rogan can be kind of a dipshit, but let’s admit he knows a thing or two about fitness. The way he explains the frame of mind and feelings you develop about exercising and it becoming normal is very true. It’s worth watching/listening. Be it walking, hiking (poles turn it into full body), swimming. The gym isn’t for everyone. A home gym might be better for some people. You gotta think about what will happen to your health and your life if you don’t. It’s hard to do all of what you mentioned but it’s a lot harder to be on an oxygen tank and wheel chair when you’re old I have my moments where going to work out is such a CHORE. I get bored of the same mundane work out. What helps though is a great playlist. I LOVE music so much so having good music helps it go faster, also sometimes I go with a friend or I take part in a different type of activity to break the monotony. Like hiking, rollerblading, biking, basketball, racquetball. Something. Also my gym has a bunch of free classes and those can be fun! So I’ll take one of those every week for fun! And when you start to see a difference in your stamina, your strength you’re like “wow it’s really starting to pay off!”

I can run longer than my friends, I don’t get as winded when going up stairs and that’s the The Sword Shirt and I will buy this best high ever! When I was 135 pounds heavier I couldn’t imagine being as active as I am now.
