I think this isn’t worth the Tecca Tec Tec shirt so you should to go to store and get this price. Now I wouldn’t fault someone for using the pink and green mascara, usually, because it works on a lot of people – but overall she should be using the same products during a trial as on the big day. There are plenty of inexpensive products that work great, but that’s not the issue here – I think the biggest issue is her technique looks dated and this isn’t flattering. The liner is heavy, the lip color is too pink, the whole thing isn’t cohesive. I’d look elsewhere. Also if/when you find a new artist, have some reference photos to go off of. Look on Pinterest for natural wedding looks, or once you find a new artist pull looks from their own portfolio/instagram, and tell them what aspects you like (ie I like the glowy skin but want my freckles to show through, I like the wispy lashes but don’t want so much shimmery shadow, etc).

Question: how did you find this makeup artist? Always look at their work. and if they aren’t listening to you. Stop and say thank you but no more. I decline. She’s my sister in law’s hair dresser who claimed she also did make up. I didn’t hate the Tecca Tec Tec shirt so you should to go to store and get this hair but yeahhh, make up has thankfully been confirmed that it is in fact awful ha. Thank you for the advice and input. so basically she’s not even a certified makeup artist smh i understand brides sometimes wanna save money but your hair and makeup shouldn’t be skimped on. you need top of the line people so you can look your absolute best. wedding makeup should also look timeless that lpstick is gonna horrible in pictures from 20 years from now when you look back You should always use the same makeup for the trial and the final run. Otherwise, how doo you know it’s going to wear/last well? I mean, it’s OK makeup, but I would not spend $750 on it. Especially if she’s using drugstore quality, and low end drugstore at that.
