Aside from the obvious clumpiness, just like the liner, it should also become gradually thicker toward the outer corners to open your eyes. There doesn’t seem to be any technique to the blush aside from just being dusted on the general cheek area. Like eyeshadow, it should be applied up and out to lift your face. Photos tend to wash you out so it’s really important to have that dimension and structure that properly applied blush and bronzer add. Your lips don’t seem to be cleanly lined or defined, which again will get muted even more in photos. The lipstick colour is a very odd choice and does not coordinate with the eyeshadow so I do not understand why a “professional” would choose it for this look. Again, my points have absolutely nothing to do with how YOU personally look so please do not interpret any of them as a criticism of your appearance. You are a gorgeous lady with beautiful skin, full brows, striking bright eyes, and full lips and it would be a complete disservice to choose an artist that does not emphasize the beauty in those features to their fullest potential. Please please please consider going with another artist altogether, you deserve to look and feel your best on your special day.

I’m sure any experienced MUA is well-versed in those kinds of products/techniques and will be able to give you a very natural looking result. You’re partially paying for the trial. The trial should be the same as the actual day. Either this is going to be your look on the day, or the makeup artist is penny pinching and using bad products for trials which defeats the entire purpose. Run far far away. $750 for that is absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn’t pay 50 cents for that.
