Your boss didn’t want you to see the Sugar Ray Robinson The Ring December 1949 shirt Also,I will get this better work culture and conditions Europe has. Might get the idea workers are humans and deserve humane living and working conditions. People at my work are only allowed one week during the summer (mid May- late September) and only two people are allowed to be on vacation on the same week. I told my boss I wanted one week off, any week between the start of august and the end of September and it got fucking denied. We already work every other weekend and every other holiday so I’m going to quit and take this whole summer off. It’s not a request for time off, it’s informing the boss that you’ll be gone for that time. He doesn’t own you. This is just a power trip “because I said so” How dare a measly employee have the means to go away for an extended vacation….

Sugar Ray Robinson The Ring December 1949 shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Greetings to your boss, I‘m going 6 weeks this Summer. And usually Don’t take less than 10 workdays. Employees work better, when they get their well deserved breaks, and those long enough to wind down. What an idiot boss. In sweden we have a “semesterlag” which gives u the Sugar Ray Robinson The Ring December 1949 shirt Also,I will get this right to 4 weeks of unbroken vacation per year, usually in the summer. If the office will be slow I see no reason to not approve this vacation. Fuck that. Take 5 paid days and the rest unpaid if needed. Americans travelling are weird eh. 7-9 days to visit ‘Europe’ is not long enough. I can’t fathom not having weeks of vacation… I’m in Norway and we are heavily protected by the law, so I’m getting 5 weeks PTO every year, 3 of them have to be consecutive during the summer months.
