Other peoples leisure time is not your problem, work to the SNORKELING LEGEND Shirt in other words I will buy this level able when the person is absent and if it is a major problem, then your organization sucks and you have an operational problem. No one should be irreplaceable. Also you asked nice, fuck that guy. Start looking now, do so interviews and hopefully some effers come. Let them know you can start x date a if executed well you won’t be unemployed. Youb know whats unfair to other employees? You quitting because a boss being unreasonable. And that’s on your boss, not you. he doesn’t give a shit about what’s fair, he doesn’t want you to go on vacation because he’s a fucking asshole. Your Boss is jealous. Go have fun on your vacation. Please do not answer your phone on vacation especially if it is your work place. If they trick you and you accidentally answer your phone and it is work make sure you charge them for your time. this is why I don’t get health insurance. since I don’t work 40 hours a week, it would be unfair to those who do. the boss was jealous and the fact is companies under staff so when they tell you that what you want is hard on every one, what they mean is. i don’t have enough employees on staff and we can’t get enough done with someone out because we have a third of the employees we need. My past bosses said no all the time and i said look you have 60 day notice im not asking im telling. Then i go come back and its like nothing happened. They cant do shit.

SNORKELING LEGEND Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Go over your current boss’s head and file a complaint. Talk to their bosses and bring up the SNORKELING LEGEND Shirt in other words I will buy this lack of morale around the office where nobody is willing to speak up and instead just quit after finding employment elsewhere. My husband’s former boss tried to deny him vacation for our fucking wedding / honeymoon A FULL YEAR in advance. Fucking dipshit. I still hate that guy. Of course my husband quit as soon as he got another job, he had a damn year’s notice his boss was a fuckhead. The nerve of some people. Your boss is a dysfunctional asshole who is letting his petty jealousy screw up a relationship and future with a decent employee. That is all. I am curious what type of work work you do. I am not saying it is fair, but some lines of work seem to be accustomed to long vacations, while others seem to not understand the concept.
