I get anxious even thinking about it. I’m on meds and also legal self medication and have been for twenty years. I’d like to fucking relax. Not great, started my own business and I get great satisfaction from it, but I’ve had about 6 months of rolling constant bad luck which are all totally out of m control and having to work incredibly hard long days, I’ve only had 4 days off since July 23 and currently on my 5th 7 day work week and have another 3 to go due to the bad luck. I don’t like talking to my partner about it so just put on a brave face. I’ve found I go through troughs of feeling really down but then I just accept it is what it is, the bad luck will end eventually and pick myself back up and get on with it.
