The only alternative to a niche would be to bank everything on your personality, but that seems like a one in a million situation. You have to remember that those subscribers are more than likely subscribed to other channels that aren’t “cats”. But when they’re in the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this mood for cats you want them on your channel. You do realize the algorithm is just a handful of lines of computer programming/code. It basically is a “robot” Yes. Facts. Logic. I like your brain. Algorithm is a robot. Okay, so do you think title has anything to do with how the algorithm spits you out or is it simply the niche you choose? ⁉️ Do I contradict myself? Very well then I contradict myself, (I am large, I contain multitudes.) ———–—Walt Whitman, Leaves of Grass My buddy and I had been writing comedy for many years starting with an animated series we were approached to write by a web animation channel. They never ended up making it and then following years were spent trying to make it on our own. We never finished it as well as never got any of our other projects made. We realized that the initial brainstorming stages were the most enjoyable part and why should we finalize a script that will never get made? ‘We Won’t Finish This Podcast’ was born! It’s a comedy writers room podcast where we pitch movies to each other that we’ll never make. We do a new and original movie every episode. One of us comes in with the idea and a basic outline of notes, while the other two hosts are hearing it for the first time along with the listener. We also livestream so people can chime in with their thoughts and help us finish the podcast.
Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt: Show Your Love with Style
It’s the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this perfect medium for us. It gives us a reason to write and get together to do the writers room thing, but with no expectations of finishing the thing. It’s also a great way to share our ideas with others. It’s a creative outlet at the end of the day. The viewers/listeners are just icing on the cake. I mostly chose to do horror narrations because I think I have a voice creepy enough for it. I’ve had a go at recording for other things like history shorts, but I don’t think my voice has the right tone or energy. That, and I’m a fan, but outside of Mr. Nightmare, there’s not a whole lot of channels that offer anything worth listening to. The majority are AIed reddit stories, so I thought I could actually offer a genuine contribution to the field. I do want to set up another channel in the future when I have more time. Really wanna do something around pro-wrestling.
Don’t forget Nexpo. That dude does awesome creepy stories and his voice is pretty “normal”. It’s his cadence that sells it. Well, maybe I should’ve clarified I can only base it from the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this ones I’ve seen. I’m sure there are plenty of decent channels out there, but I guess they just get lost in the shuffle. People generally like curated channels with a theme, if I visit a channel and it has too many topics I’m not interested in I won’t sub. You don’t have to make it too specific but at least identify a target audience. For example, I make travel vlogs with a fashion focus and a feminine vibe. My target audience is girls/women who like fashion and travel. It hasn’t stopped other demographics enjoying my videos either but I think it really helps to have an ideal viewer or area of interest to appeal to.

How I can buy this Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt
I loved talking to myself and when I’m around people talking about a topic I’m passionate about I can go for hours. So I decided to do news-like blogs! I also have my MSc in digital journalism, so that helps. I totally get where you’re coming from! Deciding on a niche can feel like putting creative expression in a box, especially when you’re naturally curious about a ton of things. I went through the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this same dilemma. For me, it was about finding the sweet spot between what I love, what I’m good at, and what folks seem to enjoy or find valuable. It’s less about boxing yourself in and more about giving your channel a clear voice that people can resonate with. Honestly, I think when you’re just starting out you should just do what you find interesting. Just keep throwing random shit at the wall and see what sticks. The best part about being a NewTuber is that you don’t have an audience with expectations yet. I know everyone here always says to pick a niche…but from what I’ve heard from some of my favorite successful YouTubers/Streamers, the most important thing is to consistently create content and learn something new every time you create (it’s not just Mr. Beast who’s said it either). As long as you create good content you’ll eventually have a video that blows up. Once you start getting consistent viewership, then you can start toying around with “niching up.”
But right now, you probably don’t have a lot of viewers and you’re just doing this as a hobby. Since you aren’t getting paid, the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this best way to avoid burnout imo is to just create something you like and don’t worry about what other people will like. You’ll have that pressure later on when you actually have an audience. I’m glad someone said it. Most people have no idea what their thing is until they start making videos and get a feel for how each topic hits with them. Experimenting with multiple niches is completely normal, and I’d argue necessary, when you’re small if you’ve never made videos before. Usually if you have no idea what to pick from what you’ve done it means you still haven’t either found a form or a topic that resonates with you yet. It’s like telling an artist “well you better pick either traditional or digital media ASAP or you won’t-“. No, they’re fine. Let them do both.
Consequence: I don’t get to play the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this game as much because now I’m playing the “Build a YouTube Channel” game instead. I’m mixed on whether that is good or bad so far. 😀 You likely have many ideas, try one or a few, make different variations of that one idea you did, see if any stick, make a billion more ideas over time I chose my niche because it’s something that has personally affected me for many years (weight loss). My advice to anyone brainstorming niches would be to choose one that you think about very often. It doesn’t have to be what you majored in or what you do for a living. You can even have more questions than answers you want to explore, and those would be great video topics. I am very happy that I chose my niche because it allowed me to grow a small community of likeminded people with similar interests. I don’t regret it, but there are some disadvantages that will always be inherent with exhausting one topic. For instance, sometimes I get bored and wish I could talk about something else. The benefits outweigh the cons in my opinion. 🙂 Hope this was helpful!
I CANNOT believe how well my channel is doing after just starting this year! I am very grateful! Over 200k views i think the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this best niche is something that you are passionate about and something that you continuously do. That’s why i chose my work as my niche! I think another good one would a hobby. Something that inspires yourself and others. You know, I started in a niche and then realized it was a terrible decision that meant that all the fun videos I’d like to make would not pass the niche test. I would say if you are inclined towards a more artistic approach to your content – being scattered is ok. Eventually, with enough videos, you will narrow your scope of work naturally by practice, or you yourself will become a “niche”. I decided to make a channel to stand up to the big doomer youtube bullies like TechLead and reassure aspiring software engineers that they are doing the right thing by choosing this field, and that they won’t be replaced by AI.
I mean…AI will eventually be able to translate written language into any computer language possible. It’s just inevitable. Will software engineers still be needed to actually construct how all the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this code should work together and what features you want it to have? Absolutely! But if people are interested in Software Engineering for the coding aspect, then they may end up disappointed a few years down the road when they’re not really doing any of the coding anymore. And if they’re interested in the high salary….well that’ll probably be going down a bit as well. Why pay such a high price for something a computer can do? I’m not trying to be a pessimist, just a realist. I was a software engineering major last semester but switched out because I saw the writing on the wall. And I’m thankful I did! I’m in a major that forces me to use my creative muscles and I’m really loving it.
I know that it may SEEM inevitable, but you have to realize that modern ai does not actually implement logical patterns. It simply recognizes language patterns and forms a response based on a prompt. It is trained on open source code/metadata. If you need it to spit out a sorting algorithm, no problem. If you need it to build a scalable full stack application, you’re going to have a terrible time without first having an idea of how to do it. Not only that but as ai platforms start realizing that they need to pay the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this bills, you might find it telling you to go with a no code platform because they pay for advertising. (Think 2008 youtube vs 2024 youtube) That’s exactly why I said that software engineers will have to still be a thing. People will still have to prompt the machines to spit out the code, and people will still have to assemble the code in a coherent way but people will not be the code monkeys anymore.
Technology has historically advanced at an exponential rate. AIs only gonna get better and fast. Not acknowledging all the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this potential use-cases of AI as it advances is just choosing to live in blissful ignorance. Doesn’t mean you can’t still make great software engineering content! I’m sure there will always be nerds that want to understand how stuff works underneath the hood. I appreciate how nice you are. It’s rare for a younger person. But if I could give you one piece of advice it would be that less knowledge is more wisdom. I enjoy woodworking so I focus on videos about how to or unboxings in that niche but I have also posted videos about other things that I think are pretty cool to me. I have about an acre of land and I recently purchased a robot mower to take care of the property so I thought it was an awesome thing and I made a few videos geared toward that. (not part of my niche) but I post pretty much things that I think are interesting and others do too because I have gained subscribers from both types of videos. I guess my point is don’t worry about being “scattered” just post things that interest you and that you think others will gain value from and they will let you know if they do by watching and/or subscribing to see more.
Well, for starters, I’ve tried everything from niche content to all-over-the-place content. My first-ever successful channel was when I focused on a single franchise of books/movies/and a show that were all under the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this same ip that I’m obsessed with lol. Never realized that that was the reason people loved that channel so much, despite the fact that I refuse to edit videos and stuff, because that burns every new tuber I’ve ever met out. I basically reviewed everything I could for that ip and ran out of content, so I began to focus on a movie review channel I had set-up on the side, years ago. No niche, just movies, some gaming content, and some movie news videos. Never could get it to go anywhere, and never even made it to a hundred subs, and I think a lot of it had to do with me not reviewing or discussing popular movies or franchises as often. A lot of stuff I was talking about were mediocre movies that were either forgotten about (but I hadn’t seen yet), or movies people had probably never heard of.
There was a first movie review channel I had started way before this one, where I reviewed ONLY horror movies, and I decided to try to take the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this advice of niching-down to only horror again, but also making an effort to only review popular or well-discussed horror movies, just to see what that would do. I made this change last week, and the channel is starting to basically soar. About thirty new subs, already, not including forty new subs from promoting this channel on my already biggest channel. Niching-down to strictly horror is not something I wanted to do, because I’m a massive film buff, but it seems like it’s looking pretty necessary to succeed, in movie content. I had a genre in mind, and then I tried to figure out what audience within the genre I wanted to make content for. After that, it was figuring out what content that audience in the overall genre wanted to watch I think I might be able to niche down further, but I’m currently trying to figure out what works and what doesn’t work my current position
Add: I would also suggest that you go by the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this 80/20 rule, or probably the 8/2 rule for this. This means that you should try to keep about 80% of your content (or 8/10 videos) dedicated towards your niche. With that, you’ve got 20% (or 2/10 videos) to play with for your own stuff I’m not currently playing by this rule, but I’ve got a long list of videos I plan on making that are things I’m interested in sharing with a larger community than I can gather in real life. Once I get my goal of 1k subs here relatively soon and figure out how to efficiently do daily content, I’m going to start cutting some time to point towards my other stuff I’d personally recommend that you DO branch out occasionally just to keep up the understanding that you might want to do other stuff occasionally. If you’ve got 100% Halo content, a decent chunk of your audience will be very unhappy with anything else you make. If 80% of your content is Halo, then you’ll force an audience that’s willing to accept that there will be other stuff, and you might also have a new/overlapping audience for your extra stuff I might still try to keep the extra stuff to a general theme. If I want to do wildly different things, I’m probably just going to crack open my second channel
I niched down as my channel was about Ireland and Ireland scenery, foxes, mountains etc. I kind of found my channel evolved into homeless and criminal Ireland. It was a great move. Subs up. Watch hours flew up. I also started using my voice and face. Really good move niching down. Go where your audience takes you. I have NO LUCK with any of my clouds or weather videos. On Facebook, they work. I have an entire group dedicated to people posting clouds, What’s happening to our sky? And it’s hilarious so many people joined fast, posts come in constantly… I post a good one on YouTube- 3 views…? Maybe 23 tops?? Then YouTube sends that recap stuff each week- so this week it’s thumbnail advice and one of my best performing thumbnails is 2 videos with over 1000 views and a cloud video with 36 views? I just feel like they do suppress the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this views when it comes to the sky.
I love working on cars, I love sewing / upholstery, and design, and I love aesthetic and artistic video creation that doesn’t require me to be an “on” face all the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this time – so I merged them into ASMR car interior crafting; and thought it’s really new, the format and results make my soul happy, and I think once it picks up the concept has a lot of potential, so ticks every box for me really. Though oddly I was initially doing typical YouTuber type car content, and it was only when I did a one-off ASMR crafting video did I realise how much more I preferred filming that way. I think the algorithm is still not sure that we’ve adjusted, so the first couple of videos on the new format haven’t done great, but I’m absolutely confident we’re on to something so just going to keep at it and hopefully it’ll pick up in time. Gaming with a specific niche of analyzing the gaming industry and trends etc because I love games and I never wanna do anything else.
My channel shifts with the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this seasons a bit – because it’s about cycling, and the type of cycling I can do changes with the weather (BMX racing -> Fatbiking on snowy singletrack) – but it’s still cycling and a lot of the same people are interested. I started out randomly posting stuff I wanted to make and then one video took off so Ive stuck with that for now I picked gardening since I love watching other people’s gardening videos and love gardening myself. It’s something I can never exhaust and what I learn provides value for the viewer. I am in a similar boat. I like adventures such as scuba, mountain biking, camping , going to the beach. However I also like to travel and explore museums and historical sites. So it can be eclectic at times. I do feel they can work together as my channel is @resistthegrind so all of those things involve getting out and living life.
I chose to follow my heart and that’s not always the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this most popular option but Just do what sets your heart ablaze! Don’t put yourself in a box! This is your channel! The ones who choose to stop by and check it out, sub, like, those are your people! Why ‘hang’ or listen to those who ‘smother’ you and besides your leaving a pinch of yourself for the world to see…be it thru your visions, or thoughts…its your mark! Go! Be free! Be wild! Show the world who you are! The world needs some pizzazz! I chose my niche because of my wife. She bought me a drone for Christmas and I was hooked. I began taking pictures with it and recording video but never posted them anywhere. She suggested IG or YT and that was it. I also have other hobbies, but flying my drone and viewing the world from above is the one that brings me the most joy. Find a “niche” that does the same for you and you’ll be monogamous to it imo
There are sub niches within a niche. Some people also create their own niche within that niche and become successful. I would say pick a niche and doing some variety if you don’t or do not want to stick to one thing. On the Santa’s Favorite Engineer Ugly Christmas Shirt so you should to go to store and get this other hand; you can choose a niche and stick with that and be known for just that type of content. It’s up to you! Please please please create a playlist to prevent your subscribers from getting confused and to come back to the same type of content they like seeing. I would suggest vlogging and become a vlogger if you want to do everything under the sun. However, the inevitable choice most YouTubers will make is some variety of reaction channel, i.e. not original content.
