It’s sad to see this, I can tell you from experience (2 large banks) that we most definitely hire based on race now, we have a diversity quota. Just say you’re transracial and transgender, not only will you be hired, you’ll be hired with a higher starting pay and you will be protected from any sort of punishment. It’s racial discrimination the Shut Up Sandra Cloud Shirt in other words I will buy this way you wrote it. I’d be checking into it with a union rep if you have one. They won’t like if you have to go above their heads, but that’s not okay. He didn’t get hired, he thinks he’s the shit now he’s pissed. He’ll tell the situation in a way that he thinks will make people agree with him. The ncdoc has been sued so many times when I worked there I got passed over because they had to promote females at least they didn’t asked you to train the after you got turned down You’ve been told by whom? Is it racially motivated hiring, yes, based on prior racial discrimination, I’m sure, but I would look deeper into the population being served and what the basis is there, if this is always the pattern then it’s not news to anyone. Is affirmative action at plan here? But mostly, who exactly provided this information? How is that not racial discrimination? Seriously. If they told you that..lawsuit! I would say get it in writing if you can or audio. Sounds like a case of anti-Black “woke” mind virus propaganda. North Carolina all of sudden is a bleeding heart liberal state that loves its Black citizens and put them ahead of white citizens and tell it to your face? Yeah right. I heard a similar story from someone saying they had to take a DEI course to teach in Georgia which is a load of crap.

Shut Up Sandra Cloud Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

If that’s true it’s discrimination, though I doubt it’s true. It’s pretty much a given that the Shut Up Sandra Cloud Shirt in other words I will buy this person who thinks they “blew it OUT of the water” most likely did not blow it out of the water. Racial discrimination. Your case would be strengthened if you had them on tape admitting to how and why they passed you over Yep, diversity hires is a real thing and its legal and destroying this country. Incompetent people are getting jobs they shouldnt be. The prison industrial complex is not going anywhere soon. Low staffing and high turnover make facilities more dangerous for everyone involved, including the people imprisoned there. It’s an insanely complicated issues but the short answer is more staff and more qualified staff. Not shaming people who sign up for these difficult jobs.
