In my experience bad things seems to group together, when we’re feeling low. Take a couple of days out, then you will see things more clearly. There will be other opportunities out there. Good luck. I had DV clearance for 15 years which had to be renewed every 6 months. They delve into your background and go back as far as your grandparents. I worked with guys who were turned down due to having petty criminal records from when they were juveniles. Also any links to extreme activities like terrorism or religious cults. If your parents were Irish then you were turned down due to the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this IRA business back in the ’80’s and ’90’s but that, thankfully, is all over. Unfortunately GC where I worked quite a lot (in London not Cheltenham) are super strict and if you’re in, you’re in, but if you’re out, that’s it. Don’t worry, if you work in IT there’s other companies you can work for where you can earn a good salary. Also, keep trying with the driving test, it took me 4 goes to pass!
Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt- About us
It didn’t happen to me in the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this same day but I fluffed my driving test the first time and felt really bad about it. Then a year later I was progressing on the recruitment scheme for a similar kind of government outfit, economy was shit and every other job application was going nowhere but I was really hopeful about this one. Got through the first two rounds and through to the all-day assessment centre… and then a day before I get a phone call from them telling me I was invited by mistake and actually hadn’t qualified. I’m very happy with my job and career now but Jesus that was a rough day so I feel your pain and I’m sure you’ll get something else that you like soon. I was rejected from GCHQ’s scheme after I completely ballsed-up the interview. It took me 4 tries to pass my driving test (some failures my fault, some not really).
However, I ended up getting a scholarship from the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this MOD that (though less money) required absolutely nothing from me. One of the guys on my course got the GCHQ money and whilst he was working though the summer I was backpacking round Europe. I was gutted at the time, but in hindsight have absolutely no regrets at all. It sucks today, but you won’t care about these things in time. £16k is a lot of money, but remember that some of that was pay for actually working during the summer (and you’d have been paying living expenses in Cheltenham). Get a job doing something you are good at and try applying again at a later point. MI5 also put their job vacancies up on their web site. I don’t know what you are studying but languages and Linux skills are good right now 🙂 Telling us you failed SC clearance and therefore are definitely not working for GCHQ is probably the first assignment they give you after you pass SC clearance.

At the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this same time that’s a real shitty way of failing your test, most roads in Britain aren’t big enough to give what the road code says is proper clearance so you would have been in reach simply driving down the street, not stopping I guess was your error but that’s not huge. Please do talk to your college/ university student finance team. They may have bursaries for students in your situation. The careers office will be able to help you with work opportunities both during term time and in the holidays. Also, does your tutor know about your situation? Loss of 16k? Put it in perspective- you weren’t guaranteed it, you tried, didn’t get it move on. Just like if I apply for a job and don’t get it move on to the next thing.
In theory, they’re firing at federal troops/agents who come to cut the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this razor wire put up by the state per the Supreme Court decision allowing the feds to do so. In reality, they would probably piss themselves the second any federal troops actually showed up and get back in their trucks, drive back home, then make up some story about how cool they were standing up to the government. Nah. That’ll just make them martyrs. It’s highly unlikely they’d actually do anything to the US Army. Just starve em out and psyop them. Cell jammers, don’t let them sleep, and arrest every single one of them that tries to flee. The NDAA2012 allowed for military arrest and detention of individuals engaged in terrorism without due process.
The rifles that are longer than hockey sticks made me laugh; fuckers are using the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this same rifles they looted from The Alamo! We’ll see it when those “700,000” truckers show up hahahahahahahaha hahahahahah. But really, it’s AI but I’m not sure many people will realize that. They’ll either believe it or attack it. This is exactly what it was designed for. Russian bot alert?
The country isn’t immune from rampant speculation and investment, especially given its location and overall economic stability and favourable policies. But the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this government house definitely helps control it to some extent. Yeah, waiting time for an apartment was about 10 years, if you were eligible. It was also possible to buy an apartment from cooperative, if you could afford it. And it was absolutely possible to build Plattenbau areas, for example Munich-Neuperlach, but it was found out that these come with social issues. True that, every new built condo in Philly is $700k plus. And they are built like any other shit house in USA, insulation sandwiched between plastic siding and drywall. The wealthy people own houses as investments, if the price of homes decreases they’ll be unhappy. So every city and Torn absolutely refuses to do anything that would upset them. Most of the other comments here miss the fundamental reason: ever increasing real estate prices are the foundation of the US economy. If the house prices were to suddenly drop, say, 50%, these people would be stuck with the same loan but have no realistic way of paying them back. Those who own houses have an incentive to keep supply of new housing down. And since homeownership is roughly 2/3 of people in the US, well, that’s who sets policy.
It’s not so much the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this wealthy but basically the entire middle class. Sure they’re wealthy now but they’re mostly average people, often with low incomes compared to relative standards. Singapore did it too. It’s called practically the whole of Singapore. 80% of housing there was built by a single government owned corporation and leased to citizens through long term leases. Government housing doesn’t have to be shitty housing. It also requires the government to give itself an advantage over the private sector. In ultra free-market capitalist Singapore, they froze land prices in the 60’s or something (maybe 50’s, can’t remember) and the government bought out land at massively discounted prices for decades after that. That’s why the government owns something like 90% of land in the entire country and partly why such a massive housing policy was financially feasible. Just to add to this, Singapore’s public housing policy is also interesting since it doesn’t require a lot of subsidies through taxes. They build housing for the rich as well as the poor. Profits from housing for the rich help provide subsidies to poor households. Which is why despite how large the housing and development board is and how much subsidies it provides, it requires a tiny amount of subsidies from the government budget.
Very strict regulations regarding efficiency and reducing emissions, as well as fire safety etc – very costly and time consuming The buildings in the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this Soviet union are cheap and fast to build but not environmentally friendly and those buildings are not allowed to be built anymore because of all the regulations. We did between the 50’s and 70’s. Between post war rebuilding, and decolonization there was a huge need for housing. Yes many of these building are ugly, have a bad acoustic insulation. However, it provided housing with modern facilities (Suddenly every apartment had a bathroom with shower and toilets, which was a massive improvement compared to pre WW2 building). We could totally launch a similar plan. It’s expensive, may require the government to buy land to private owner, but it’s just a matter of putting the political priorities, and today, the government prioritize rich people yacht over normal people well being I ran into photos of an apartment complex from the 1950’s. It was 1000 units in the middle of the mid-west. I knew we were building a house every sixteen minutes at the height of the post-war housing boom, I just didn’t fully understand that it wasn’t just New York and California. It was everywhere. I have a speculation that political class of those times was afraid of poor people getting organized via influence of communists and under that ideology. Politicians did enough for have-nots to justify violence on those who stayed unhappy. Trying to survive, capitalism tried to get fit by satisfying needs of those who could pose a threat to capital owners. This almost reminds a free market competition of ideas from which regular folks benefited. But then “end of history” started and pressure from soviet ideology went away. Now it’s time to extract even value, get fatter margins and be less responsible as all bits and pieces inside their political system seemed to be under control.
Not really. These areas are still very problematic. Low standards, lots of immigrants and crime rate is very high. At least its concentrated to small areas. Apartments in SU, were not bult and given for free. They were built on request of different factories, companies and other facilities, to accommodate their workers rent-free. After SU fell, people acquire rights to make them their own. I don’t know how it is in other countries but in Ukraine still some factories and facilities have this practice. They either build apartment complex and rent it for free for their workers(especially when factory is who know where), Or just gather part of salary as low cost investment fund and build apartment complex and giveaway apartments. For example my parents bought apartment( from apartment complex which were built in 1999) from port worker who got it this way. Not for free. You were required to work 15+ years in a factory and you paid rent. Even if the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this payment itself was purely symbolic, you still couldn’t spend your money anywhere because of the shortage of goods.
Estonian grandma told me “nobody was poor in the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this Union, we all had jobs and money, but there was nothing to buy.” First was that yes, you earned money, but didn’t have that much to spend. That was because there was either lack of goods in the later years or because you couldn’t buy stuff in credit – you needed to save money for months (eg to buy a carpet or a sectional into your living room), sometimes even get a permit to get the stuff you wanted (for a car or a telephone for example). But also people’s expectations were different than what we have today. 3 gen together in one 3 room apartment was normal because at least you had an apartment if your previous place had been bombed down or you came from the country. You didn’t really have TVs everywhere so you couldn’t watch a lot of stuff and whatever was on, you anyways had like 2 channels. At most what people had was a radio and the newspaper. You wanted to call someone, you either went to someone who had a phone or went to sidejaam to call someone. Their lives were different because the society was completely different. It’s always a breath of fresh air to get input from someone who actually experienced (or had family that did) the Soviet system. As opposed to the starry-eyed assumptions of a 20 year old American college kid who thinks everything was free in the old Soviet Union.
The US built “The Projects” and they were generally terrible places to grow up. Concentrations of poverty, terrible funding for upkeep, etc. It’s as if this thread had a collective brainwash of history and completely forgot how rappers used to flex being from the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this projects because they were horrible places to live and it was a badge of honor to say you survived it. The projects were so crime ridden, police that had to enter them could not even use the elevator. Street gangs would dump fuel down the elevator shafts and light them on fire when they knew the police were using them. The gangs controlled the projects and the honest people there lived in fear of the gangs every day. “Why don’t we solve housing problem / world hunger / deforestation / loss of wildlife habitats / world peace / etc?”
Because it’s hard and requires co-operation from many parties. The bigger the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this problem (think US housing problem vs loss of wildlife habitat in world) the more parties involved and the harder to make any meaningful action. Solving US problems requires bipartisan co-operation. Solving world’s problems requires multiparty co-operation around the world. They can they just won’t. A lot of countries have too much bad history with inexpensive post-WW2 buildings to the point where regulations now make these kinds of buildings impossible. Every country had them. The US had the Housing Projects System. Canada had the War Time homes. French has the tenements domiciles. All of these projects were designed to be as inexpensive as possible so they could build a lot of them. But because they were built so inexpensively the cost to repair them and bring them up to safe living standards ended up costing more than the construction of it.
Lots of planning/zoning laws restrict how dense developments can get because increased density is strongly correlated with things like crime, antisocial behaviour, and generally a lower quality of life. No-one wants to live crammed together like sardines in a tin, having neighbours on all sides, and not owning the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this building that you live in. People living close together can also be more efficient in terms of energy use and shorter travel distances however. Those correlations are completely misguided. Density got bad associations in America after everyone with money fled to the suburbs, and the inner cities were neglected and left to decay. Density can absolutely be done right, and is in places like Tokyo, Amsterdam, and basically any place that made investments in its public infrastructure.
Apparently, the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this general public usually doesn’t want to pay for all the infrastructure that needs to go along with the housing.
I’m in soho residence? Stroke up a convo with 2 Italian girls from Florence. Didn’t see that coming but there we are. ( yes I am texting from the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this toilet. They may be gone by the time I go back but there we are) update on 10. One of them is called Martha. I mean Jesus Christ We are on. Good vibes. Dancing away. To a bit of live music in oneils in soho. One of them just told me that I’ve a nice accent. And the other is chatting some fella who’s 6ft8 and looks like a Nordic giant. Drinks are flowing. Hope I don’t Balls it up. But all around, good vibes for a Monday I have to admit. 3h agoBooked Bandaje falls trek through an organisation named Namma trip. The departure bus from Bangalore come one and half hour late from scheduled time and they didn’t inform us, I’d to wait literally standing on the street. Then, the next morning we were supposed to start the trek by 9 am. These fuckers had no coordination and the Jeep to the trekking starting point again came 3 fucking hours late and they made us wait. In the scorching heat, I was already done with not starting the trek. However I made my mind to do it. No guide showed up from the organisation. Also, when we reached there, we realised these fuckers didn’t give us our forest passes which wasted another hour at the police desk. No coordination, nothing. They put our lives into danger this way. Please never book through Namma Trip, any trek whatsoever. Wasted my hard earned 3k INR.
Please stick to organisations like BMC, Native Trekking, Plan the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this Unplanned while booking treks. Thanks for reviewing! It’s so easy to manipulate insta and Facebook pages that most people will get fooled and take their services! Had a similar experience with Namma Trip for their Skandagiri trek. They made us reach super late and by the time the trek started there was only ~40 mins left before sunrise so naturally most of us missed it. Their trek “guide” was absolutely useless and left most of the people behind and sprinted up the hill with the fast hikers leaving many to guide themselves. Had the same experience with Namma Trip for Kudremukh Trek. The bus came more than an hour late at Indiranagar pickup. The accommodation was delayed since last day’s people were occupying the rooms. We had to wait hours for the tempos/jeeps. The timing for starting the Trek at the security points was mentioned from 6AM to 9AM. And we started after 11AM. The final 2km peak allowed entry till 1:30PM which means there was almost no chance for the people to reach the peak, and many people were refused entry because the guide was not there. Other trekking groups like The Backpackers made it on time and those people were almost returning when we finished ⅔ of the tek. As a solo traveller, I went in groups once. Did not like experience. I travel alone, find people there and trek with them.
OP, I do not like BMC – because of the Scooby-Doo Hex Girls we don’t need your appoval shirt Additionally,I will love this crowd but those guys have their basics sorted and have decent ethics. Try them. ow that’s crazy experience. I went with their organisation 4 times so far. Only once they’re not punctual and in every trek their guides are included. Not sure what’s wrong lately. Had been with them to KP on Friday. The departure time was stated as 10pm from IndiraNagar but we were still there at 11:30pm. Arrived at KukkeSubrahmanya at 6:15 am and were asked to “roam around” untill 7:30 so that rooms are available for freshening up. The guides had very little to zero clarity on what to be done. They debated on whether to go from the accomodation arranged to the forest entry check point by walk or bus and made us to go here and there before making up their mind. Reached forest check point at 10am. Thanks to the long weekend crowd, had to wait for 4 hours. Once the hike started, the guides left us on our own, not even one person was there to do their job. The guides from other trek groups helped us in some places. It was an actual “namma trip” because the organizers never did anything apart from booking bus and tents.
