They reposted the Prelude Iv Red Drift Car Shirt But I will love this job because they didn’t get the desired demographic. This is common. Another thing common posting a job for 3 days instead of 10-14. Think carefully. I worked in ncdoc and got sued for age discrimination for not hiring a 58 year old white woman. When the a.g. Office called me to interview prior to trail, they asked me who i did hire. I responded”a 30 year old black woman.” I took a mail carrier test years and years ago. We had a test at the local cafeteria and it was packed. So there are 3 other people at my table. There was a guy in his 50’s. He was retired. He was going to get 5 extra points because of his age. There was a black girl who had taken the test 4 times that month. She just followed them around the State retaking the test. She got 10 points for being black and female. And finally there was a disabled Veteran who fell out of a jeep in Granada and hurt his back. So at this point I knew it was hopeless but I was interested in taking it and seeing my score. And my score was upper 90’s. About 6 months later I heard the local Postmaster’s nephew had been hired. At the time the only hiring Criteria was you had to get above a 70.

It sounds like you’re describing affirmative action policies. However, given that this is North Carolina and a corrections job, it sounds like your lieutenant is explaining this to you through his bigoted filter. Speak to HR directly to get the Prelude Iv Red Drift Car Shirt But I will love this real explanation. If your facility is doing this, they are doing it with an unwritten rule. Proving this is going to be impossible unless you can get recordings of those in charge of hiring saying the unwritten rule. Decades ago, I needed and qualified for food stamps. Any month I made $5 more, I’d be dropped from FS assistance. I’d have to wait a few months between being dropped and applying again. I worked diligently to not get two hours extra work in any given month. For that $5, I’d loose $125 in food stamps. The 3rd time I went to apply, I was told no and to not apply again unless I a) got pregnant and was unmarried or b) became disabled. I said I was confused and didn’t understand why I couldn’t stay on FS until I made closer to the $125 difference. She said she was told to make me stop coming for assistance as it’s a waste of their time because they are there to help minorities…not white people. She said if I was black she had some things she could do to ‘make it happen’, but since I wasn’t, I needed to leave.
