Another good book is “Zen Body-Being: An Enlightened Approach to Physical Skill, Grace, and Power” by Peter Ralston. Worth a Google, available on Amazon. He’s a very interesting character. I like to meditate while I do something. I guess this falls under the Playa-Society-X-Seimone-leave-a-legacy-that-keeps-growing-shirt-2797a2-0 besides I will buy this line of doing things mindfully. I really enjoy working out while meditating I focus on how my body feels and just breathing or in the bath tub! Walking is good too. Really any time you want to switch on being mindful you totally can! And I also have depression and anxiety, so sometimes I list off things I want to meditate on our being mindful about. I guess this isn’t full meditation and more doing things mindful but I think it helps to kinda get rid of things that are bugging me before I go to the meditation. Also joining a meditation circle with people is good!!
