I don’t know your exact situation, but everything you’ve said is a HUGE red flag, don’t give him any information I would STRONGLY recommend you leave that work place. Why is he promising you high paying positions? What qualifications do you have? What successes have you had at work? I think you know the Pedal Fun Don’t You Wish Your Girlfriend Could Cycle Like Me T-Shirt In addition,I will do this answer to your own question. Just reminder that most startups fail. Even if there is a shiny office for an intern to work in, it doesn’t mean it’s a successful company to work for. (Like why do they need an intern to work for free?) Yah, but like other people said, walk away from the creepy guy. You might have to get a new phone number, etc. Document everything and talk to your parents to see if an attorney would be appropriate.

Get out and don’t look back please! This is grooming and he is seeing how much he can get away with. He will keep pushing until he gets what he wants. Thankfully you are smart enough to be alert to this….now run! Hey, I‘m a 32 year old mom. When I was your age, I worked for a lot of start-ups too. None of this is normal behavior. Your boss might think he can get away with it because every start-up is a “family” and start-ups like to break the Pedal Fun Don’t You Wish Your Girlfriend Could Cycle Like Me T-Shirt In addition,I will do this rules when it comes to office behavior. I’ve worked in places where they kept a bottle of Jack Daniels in the fridge for anyone to have during work, and a cannabis start up that let people get stoned at work. All this sounds weird, and unconventional, but it’s what start-ups do to make up for being an unstable new businesses. However, what you’re going through is just fucked up. I had a 17-year-old intern in my department, and if anyone treated her the way you are being treated, there would have been a lot of older women pulling her aside and telling her to run. Do your coworkers know what’s happening? Or does your boss keep it a secret?
