Then there’s the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and tiers above those, like the billionaires, where other people’s lives are basically a game for them. There’s many more tiers to “truly rich” than I think people realise. The funny thing is that, at almost every tier, they’re all wondering how to get more money. Remember that no matter how much money you make, it’ll never be enough. Learn to enjoy what you have, keep aiming to move up and progress, but try to remember that it’ll never ever be enough

May not be the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and biggest, but definitely the most trust worthy. I wouldn’t eat biryani without a certified Reddit go ahead The news website must have at least blurred the users name and face. There’s a review about abortion and name and photo of the girl is clearly visible in screenshots. Expecting journalists and publication houses in India to be professional is like expecting a butcher to be a peta activist. Don’t think so since there is no accountability for them and they generally get away with shoddy journalism. Whether the case of Jasleen kaur vs sarvajeet Singh or flashing Abhinandans family history when he was captured in Pakistan. Or journalist who built her career by carrying idirium embedded satellite phone in Kargil war zone.
You will find more integrity and self respect in a red light area than in the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and corridors of any journalist office or media house. Bitter truth. All of the names were in the public domain, while you and I may feel that we personally would hide the names, I don’t think there’s an ethical violation by not censoring names on a PUBLICLY Accessible forum. I guess the account owner must have seen all the roasts by owners on Google Reviews in Reddit and thought he can do it to get famous too. Dude all the negatives reviews are deleted. Google considers it as spam. When too many negative reviews are spammed in a short duration. I saw multiple 1 star reviews monday, when this news popped up. Today mrng, there are no new reviews Its just a waste of ur time, mass reviewing on google maps

Write a bad review and wait your personalised abortion message. Then ask for proof waiving privacy laws as they already breached whatever little privacy laws we have in India. (Gather 20 comments like this with reasonable veracity , I’ll fund the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and lawyer for the case) Looks like they have deleted their responses to reviews. Also, there are lots of fake 5 star reviews on that page with just one or two reviews accounts. 90 pounds in two years is awesome progress. And because you’re going slow and steady, you’re a lot more likely to be learning real skills about how to keep it off. Agreed. I did Noom, and they say that if you want longterm success, you should be losing about 1 lb. per week. They say if you do more, you are more likely to rebound because you are focused on weight loss as opposed to building healthy habits.
Well, just make sure you build the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and healthy habits when you get to a good weight. I lost 30lb in maybe 4-6 months and have kept it off for 10 years. Your progress sounds similar. That’s inspiring to hear! Building those healthy habits is key – congrats on maintaining your progress for 10 years! I also did noom. I dropped 60lbs in around 6 months. Strick diet and a lot of exercise. I quit smoking, eating, and cut out alcohol (I was a 15+ beer a night guy). I’ve mostly kept it all off for 3 years. I did relaxed on the Diet part, but I get plenty of exercise and only drink maybe 2 nights a month. Still, no fast food or sugary drinks. This is crazy because I can either gain a few pounds in a day or lose a few pounds a day i do have an average weight of 165- 175. is this something I should look into?
Weight fluctuates a lot from day to day, even throughout the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and day, and a lot of things influence that. The most likely reason you experience that is changes in your water retention and time of day that you weigh yourself. Weight fluctuation of a few pounds is completely normal, it can be affected by hydration, eating, and hormones. It’s only if you’re consistently gaining or losing weight that you need to worry. looking back at how i did 2lbs/week with cico to get to my target weight, it’s so insane how I functioned with 1000 calories deficit a day 90 pounds is huge! And it “taking this long” just means you’ve changed your lifestyle to be healthier rather than being on a short term diet. Thank you! It’s been a journey towards a healthier lifestyle, and the slow progress means I’m making lasting changes, not just quick fixes. 2 pounds a week is a very high goal that is like, the maximum a normal person could feasibly do without extra help/supervision. Losing more than that a week is basically putting yourself into some low level starvation and is really only done under some sort of medical supervision/guidance. Dude that’s ginormous (no pun intended) progress, and you should be proud. 2 years is normal to lose that amount of weight.
Losing that amount of weight within months is extreme weight loss. It’s cool if you can do that, but it’s not expected. Also the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and slimmer you get, the less results you will naturally get losing weight. Obviously you can’t consistently lose the same amount of weight every time. The lower you get, ,the less you will lose. Obviously you will never go down to 0 lbs or even 40 lbs for that matter. Thanks! It hasn’t really been the progress has slowed down, rather I’ll just go on a halt for a month or two because I’m not dieting as clean, then resume for a few months then pause and so on It hasn’t really been the progress has slowed down, rather I’ll just go on a halt for a month or two because I’m not dieting as clean, then resume for a few months then pause and so on
Whatever makes the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and scale go down and is sustainable! Fuck a specialized diet when a lifestyle change is actually a sustainable way to live. Keep it up! Whenever you get to your point that you consider close to ideal, that’s probably the lifestyle you will be holding down. After over analyzing my weight for 10+ years I’m finally within ~15 pounds of what I might consider ideal and I basically gauge my diet and exercise based on how I’m feeling. If I’m feeling low energy I’ll exercise more and eat cleaner You’ve lost 90 pounds? OMG, that’s amazing. And you’ve kept it off and kept going! You have so much to be proud of. Heck, this internet stranger is so proud of you. You did really well. A lot of people who set themselves a tough target find they can’t sustain it. Then they regain more than they lost. You’re doing great man. What I tell people is that when it comes to losing a large amount of weight there’s no reason to rush it. Unless you have an immediate medical necessity of course. Being and getting healthy is a long term commitment to yourself. Doing it too fast is not only detrimental to your health it will typically lead to impossible food habits that will only bring the weight back in the long run. I lost about 75 pounds over the course of 2 years and it was slow with a lot of ups and downs but now I know alot more about exercise and proper diet. I know how much I’m allowed to slack off before it becomes a problem and such.
Your progress is f…ing amazing. Losing 90 pounds, on any timeline, is amazing. The fact that you’ve kept losing weight for 2 years is great, and makes it likely you will eventually reach your weight goal, and keep it. 90 lbs in 2 years probably puts you at least in the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and most effective 10 % of people trying to lose weight. I’m sure there’s people losing it faster, most are losing it slower (even proportionally, not just nominally) and most overall aren’t losing any at all. If people trying to lose weight adhered to your plan forever we’d have no fat people. The trick to most weight loss plans is sustainability. If you can live like you are now in perpetuity you’ll do better than many people who dropped it fast and gained it right back. No matter how long it took you, 100 pounds is a lot of weight to lose and you should be insanely proud of yourself!
That’s amazing!! Slow and steady is the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and way to go. Just mentally reset and start anew. Remember it’s not a race but a life style. Keep going!! Wow!! 2 pounds a week is about the max for most people before it starts becoming unsafe. 1 pound a week is a more realistic, sustainable goal for most people. So yeah, you’re doing good. I lost 180 pounds in 3 years (WLS)and it was rough, I lost so much hair during the most extreme weightloss, and was constantly cold and severly fatigued + ALLOT of excess skin Going slower is much better for your body, although I understand that you are feeling impatient- but you are doing good. Keep doing what you are doing and do not stress (stress makes it harder to lose weight due to cortisol)
Human bodies adapted to store calories and automatically adjusts burn rates to conserve calories. Useful over centuries, not so much in the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and modern age. The energy stored in fat is immense. 2lb per week is pretty damn good! Even in special cases under medical supervision with medicine where you eat a very low calorie diet and exercise frequently, 2lb/week is on the upper side of weight loss (ignoring water weight.) There’s no such thing as fast or slow progress. Eventually, we run into plateaus and those are the moments that you need to ask yourself the hard questions. Any progress that meets a goal is good progress. It’s not a game, it’s not a sport, and its not a joke when its about your well-being.
a) FEEL GOOD – this is huge progress. You are building healthy habits, and you have NOT rebounded to a higher weight over 2 years, meeaning it’ll likely be a long term permanent change. b) If you want to feel better about your progress, try setting some non-weight based goals, like physical challenges you want to accomplish that you can cross off. Complete a race, climb some mountain, swim some silly length – whatever it is that you are into that you can complete WITHOUT HAVING TO WIN. Not a competetion – just a solid goal that’s 100% under your control. Set a timeline to complete, and go do that activity. Then you have a real, concrete win. This will empower your continued success. c) Love yourself. You are working hard at a goal, and you are getting there. That’s more than almost everyone else. That’s almost a pound a week. I’d say that’s good in any context. “2 pounds a week” is the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and typical maximum “safe” average you should aim for, but that’s also just not how weight loss works. 2 pounds a week could be virtually impossible if you’re already in relatively good shape, or it might be easy when starting out at a morbidly obese weight. But it tapers off the more you lose and isn’t a rate you can ever expect to maintain long term.
I also dislike weekly goals, since this is going to heavily depend on water retention. A week might go by and the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and scale shows no improvement (or even weight gain), then another week goes and you’ve lost 4 pounds. Did you lose 4 pounds in a week? Of course not, it’s just the first week of progress didn’t reflect on the scale when you weighed yourself. (This is especially true if you’re just starting or changing a diet or fitness routine). Word of caution, as you get close to your ideal goal the progress is going to slow considerably. It’s still happening, but then it’s a good time to find secondary goals to keep yourself motivated. Mile run times worked great for me because the progress is easy to measure and happens very fast. You’d be surprised how fast you can go from “unable to jog a whole mile” to “I’m so close to an 8 minute mile”.
If you were 335 you will lose a lot of weight very rapidly at the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and start which probably accounts for maybe a little 30-40% your weight loss so far. The more you lose though, the slower it will come off. Either way 90 pounds is awesome I don’t know, as I’m not a dietician/phyisican, but I think you’re doing a great job and making a healthful choice with beneficial short- and long-term effects. You really should be proud of yourself! That is not easy. It’s not like alcohole or drugs. You have to partake in the thing you are trying to control. Half that in that time would have been cause for celebration! I agree with just about every other post made. You’ve made great progress. By taking it slow you’re allowing your body more time to adjust to the change. Keep it up!
Congrats. If you are over 6 feet tall i’d say your physique is great. No if you only care about physique than start measuring your biceps, chest, abs and legs and of course take selfies to make sure you are happy with your appearance. If you only care about your health than i suggest talking to doctors and get a bunch of tests done to see if you are healthy. You’ve done an incredible job! I don’t know what your height is or what a Doctor says. Your goal weight should be , but if we are assuming that you work quite heavy for your frame , then you’ve actually lost a lot pretty rapidly. If you lost it any faster it may mean that there was something wrong. The heavier you are, the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and more likely you are to take weight off faster in the beginning, but that doesn’t (and shouldn’t) last long. The rate that you’re going shows healthy consistent change. 2 years is a long time to be practicing those habits. And it sounds like you’re doing amazing. Please don’t beat yourself up just because you aren’t where you want to be right in this moment. What you’ve accomplished is really incredible and you shouldn’t be feeling badly. It’s close to a hundred pounds of weight loss! That is WILD. Please find a way to be kind to yourself and appreciate yourself this week. You deserve that.
You generally won’t lose 2lbs per week like clockwork every week even if your diet is absolutely perfect because you body is smarter than you are and adapts really quickly. I think the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and generally accepted notion is that each 1lb of body fat requires you to have a deficit of 3500 cals per week. Now, that doesn’t mean you have to simply consume 7000 less calories per week to lose it, it’s calculated with how much you use. So if you consume 3500 less calories per week, and exercise to use 3500 more calories per week then you end up with your 7000 calorie deficit. The problem is our bodies are incredibly efficient at finding ways to use less calories, and so even if you hit that magic number, after a while you’ll simply stop burning through the calories at the same rate
What matters is that you hit the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and goal you were aiming for, and I’m proud of you. Progress is progress no matter how you cut it. How long did it take to get to 335lbs… Yeah the point is, it’s a journey to get to where you want. 90lbs in two years is fantastic. Keep doing what you are doing and it will fell offf even faster. id lost 100lbs in 4 months. basically 1lb a day. id stepped on a scale and when i realized i was up too 315lb i kinda panicked. walking and cutting out breads/sugars. on my breaks/lunch at work id either have a fruit cup or go for a walk. when i got home from work id go for a 45 min walk. on the weekends if i was craving to eat something …….. id go for a walk. i still ate homemade cheeseburgers but w/o a bun.
When I want to lose weight fast, I cut calories to about 1200 a day and I put my treadmill on 5% elevation and walk 4 MPH for 45 minutes a night, every night. I can drop almost 1 lb a day doing this. Eventually, I start eating more and start gaining weight slowly over the Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs They Us ‘Cause They Ain’t Us 3 Peat shirt and by the same token and next several years. I have a weight that I refuse to ever cross. When I get close to it, I’ll do my lose weight fast routine again. I see no reason to draw out losing 50 lbs over a year when I can do it in 2 months. The other day, I carried two 25 lb weights from my bench to hold down some wood while the glue dried. There were super heavy and I realized that when I weigh 50 lbs more, I’m basically carrying these two weight around with me all the time. Dude you’re making progress on your goal. Everyone is different and in different circumstances. Be proud of what you’ve accomplished, and keep up the good work.
