But it’s not. It’s preventing discrimination. And it’s needed cause until not so long ago, some people would consistently be denied promotions (or even getting hired) due to their genotype, even when they were more qualified than the Over The Garden Wall Rock Fact Shirt But I will love this white guy they hired/promoted instead. What does that have to do with anything. It appears OP is not being promoted because of his skin color. End of story. Racism. Kind of hard to explain to a 15yr old why people aren’t being hired solely because of their skin color. Hmmmm, I wonder if that kid will begrudge and hate the other race because of it. Do we have any idea how we are treating our younger people? Due to a rule that was put in place to make sure all people of all skin colours would get a chance. Did you miss the part where OP sais that before, only one group was promoted? Now that is racism. He won’t be promoted this time, but he’ll get his chance in the future. Which is way better than other people before, who never got a chance at all.

Over The Garden Wall Rock Fact Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

So basically, the Over The Garden Wall Rock Fact Shirt But I will love this real reason OP didn’t get promoted this time is because in the past, a group of racist a**holes decided to only promote white people. If they had not done that, then there would have been no need for such rules. Racism is not okay just because there was more severe racism(by your definition, not mine) before. You can’t fight racism with racism, it ends way worse than you might think. All races being treated equally is when the most qualified person gets hired and race isn’t a consideration what you are describing is 100% racial discrimination and is not equal. Treating all races with the same amount of racism may be equal in the long run but it’s not in the short term and it is absolutely still racism and not the right solution. Doesn’t appear to be anything of the sort unless there are more facts. Personal feelings are are not evidence of discrimination, nor are they evidence of actually excelled in an interview.
