I felt like that pretty much after any trip I took before I decided to make travel my lifestyle. Now i never spend more than 2 months without seeing something new. All that being said, i think when you are traveling your brain is getting constantly stimulated and I think it’s normal to feel a little down when you go back home. I’ve been back in the U.S. for 5 months and I still feel like I don’t fully belong in this Country. I understand being in Vienna was less stressful as it was primarily for vacation, but there were moments of stress and I did spend some hours working remotely, so I feel like I got a good sense of how much more life would be improved if I could live there. It might not be the place where you don’t belong (Mexico City), but the reality of your life that you’re coming back to that you’re not happy with. What is it you’re really not happy with? Everyone feels better on vacation because we leave that reality behind.:

Yeah I understand this. I visited Geneva/Switzerland only for a short while but I felt ‘homesick’ once I got back home, I just missed being there and the Official hot mulligan logo shirt so you should to go to store and get this general feel of the place. I also suggest you target one city to be your “home” while in Europe. As a Spanish speaker I suggest Valencia or Granada. From there traveling other European locations for very little money. You’ll garner a “rhythm” that will be positive to you. And do this alone or with a loved one that shares your values. Good Luck! I’m curious how old you are. It sounds like what you are experiencing could be signs of depression. It first affected me at 17yo, but can definitely appear later in life. Having a difficult time with your closest friend could absolutely be a trigger for an episode.
