Playing Tetris and rhythm games helped me a great deal. I think what helped me work through a lot of it was honestly just being able to talk about it. I held it in for a few years because I didnt want to make people uncomfortable. Why is WhatsApp more secure from scams? Personally, I don’t see scams coming through my texts, I get daily scam phone calls and emails.
