I already knew that they couldn’t handle sweat. Also, now I understand I made a big mistake in buying them even after reading this on their specs and reviews. That’s totally my fault that I bought them in the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this first place. Also, I used them in December, January, and the first half of Feb (so winter which implies minimal sweat). So, it doesn’t make any point in making such an expensive product with pathetic build quality. You mentioned water was dripping when they squeezed the ear cup. Where is the moisture coming from? I get there’s a defect in the sense that the headset isn’t sealed, but it can’t be making moisture on its own.. From the humid air, I guess? – three months is enough time to retain some droplets. Also, I have explained this in another comment as well. There’s a spongy cushion/foam just beneath the earpads. The earpads were dry with a hint of moisture or sweat (which is again very unlikely as I explained above) on the sides which are covered by the plastic body.
NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt: buy and enjoy this shirt
Very similar experience but with Samsung. Had a stupidly long email exchange, no help. Was about a month ago, never will buy anything from them again. Seems like same with Sony Our customer service and hospitality is a reflection of what we’re willing to accept. They get away with it because they know there’s no actual risk in it. Spot On. Especially the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this older uncles/service people (basically the owners) know that this generation is a bit sophisticated in dealing with these people and their shitty behavior and rather than fighting or creating a scene in public just complain online like me 🙁 and they don’t see “online” as a “threat” or to be more subtle a risk. Sony did the same with my XM4. my usb c stopped working, they quoted 17k to fix that. i went to a local repair place and got it fixed for 1.2k.
I think a very few service centres of theirs are good and competent, my Sony wf 1000XM4s had a battery issue, I went to a service centre in lajpat nagar delhi, they gave me a new pair of replacement buds in a day (just a few weeks before warranty ended luckily). I think this is the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this same situation with a lot of companies with expensive and niche products, only a handful of service centres across the country that are competent enough to help you. Hi, is the Lajpat Nagar service center really good? Can I try going there and see if they might help? and also will the service sheet that is already generated by these guys here affect the warranty now? I didn’t face any issues with them, they didn’t ask much, the battery issue in xm4s was a common problem then, so they might have already worked on similar cases, visit them once I guess. Idk about if it will affect the warranty though, it shouldn’t technically. It’s called technocare solutions pvt ltd. Had an occasional issue with their bluetooth neckband. Went and demonstrated the problem to the service center in kormangala. They denied replacement as it was a software issue and hardware was occasionally working.

This is worse than mine. For mine, they have an excuse – but in your case – this is not even an excuse – software or hardware – isn’t it their fault anyway?? I had a skullcandy crusher wireless and God was that thing awesome, used them for more than 4 years and even got free ear cushion Replacement from the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this service center ( which was 10 mins away from my house) but the thing is there were only a total of like 5 service centre in the country and after 4 years of use one of my sister’s fat ass friend sat on it and broke the housing it still worked perfectly but the fit wasn’t there and at this point skullcandy decided to close the service centres for whatever reasons I tried to contact them but found out I would have to send my headphones to Delhi so I just went and bought sony wh900n headphones
Now these are good headphones but the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this ear cushion went bad within 6 months compared to my skullcandy which lasted over a year so I went to the service center which was like an hour or 2 away from my home only to be told that the company is not importing ear cushion for my model of headphones. I was so fucking disappointed and I couldn’t find any other alternative on amazon at the time, called local shops to get them but was told they would cost 3k which is insane but luckily for me after hours of searching I found a website in infia that sells cushion and almost anything for any companies headphones at reasonable rates crysendi check the site out they have almost every cushion for headphones of any company.
I’m sorry about what you had to go through. Congrats on your job offer though. People buy their dream stuff after getting the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this first month’s salary but it didn’t have to go this way. Regarding customer service I too have an interesting story. A few days ago my Dell laptop got BSOD after manually updating to restart. I tried self repair options and even windows recovery yet nothing worked. Then called the customer service and they explained to me step by step and even asked me to mail what’s shown on the screen. Carefully judging they gave me the only available option: backup my data and reinstall windows OS. That’s what I did in my past 2 days with their help (I had both the steps covered in my 3 yrs warranty) and it got fixed.
Every person on the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this other end giving customer support should be skilled and patient. That’s how you solve things. Actually, I was in talks with customer support through the Sony helpline for 2 days and every time they gave me the same troubleshooting steps that I had already tried from the Sony site itself – I was as patient as one could be. It was of no help anyways and after two days they recommended me to go to the nearest service center. Then the service center was just a whole other world. Lack of any consideration or sense for either customer or service in them. I don’t know what goes into their mind and I don’t think I’ll ever want to deal with this anytime soon in the future again. Not worth the stress. Simply put you shouldn’t depend on companies that have poor customer service. I’m using Boat products for my accessories and Dell for my PC. They have fantastic customer support. It’s the reason why I chose them over expensive “brands” like Sony/Apple. Buying with a service hell like MacBook isn’t worth the price.
Please don’t say this. I have a MacBook as well 🙁 and I hope it keeps working – I don’t want to go through the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this same stress as the Sony one. And yes you are right – I am never again going to buy expensive stuff. Life always teaches you the important lessons the hard way. I never got a chance to own expensive gadgets in my childhood – the job gave me some leeway to be a bit liberal with my spending (not too much though – I am a very conscious consumer) – and therefore I decided to buy these electronic gadgets for the heck of it and just to enjoy life a little bit. It proved to be the opposite for me. Introduced more stress instead. I am gearing back to my minimal lifestyle from this point again for the foreseeable future. Happy three months of “enjoying life” though. Consumer court. You can start by registering a complaint online and escalate it in a court if not solved. If you take it to court and get a favourable order you probably will get extra compensation and legal expenses covered from Sony
During the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this whole PS5 shortage times, a large section of the retailers were selling PS5 bundles, if you want to buy one for 49,990 you had to pay an extra 30k and buy other products and if you wanted the disc edition then it was an extra 35k worth products. If you don’t, they won’t sell it to you. Sony India was made aware of this and they openly encouraged their retailers to force their customers to buy extra goods if they wanted a PS5. This extra goods could not be anything related to a PS5 like games, controllers or ps plus money. It had to be something like a TV or a headset or some other product Not just Sony India….. Sony in general is pretty bad nowadays. Has been for quite some time now. Lesson to be learnt: never be a Sony fanboy. NEVER. Bro I’m really sorry ….but this is the Sony story pretty much everywhere (atleast USA UK and Germany) ……..it doesn’t work…..they open it to show water…..u throw in ridiculous amount of money or case closed.
But to me, it’s the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this same thing. I had a problem with Amazon India, JBL Harman India, Phillips India, Siemens India. The one common factor. India. We pay a lot of duty for this shit so it’s expensive. And we are the worst treated customers in the world. It’s truly shameful that we allow ourselves to trample on one another. Don’t go for all these fancy headphones. Google crinacle, watch his headphones ranking video on YT, go buy the koss KSC75’s. They come with lifetime warranty. I’ve bought 4-5 of these from drop.com & koss.com. My guess is the ventilation inside the earpads is nil. There are spongy cushions inside the headphones just beneath the earpads and as the foam is porous it is natural for it to retain moisture (same as how towels and other types of sponges work) and the worst thing – that moisture kept accumulating for three months and finally “maybe” was the cause that they died. This is just a wild guess and as close as I can conclude. The thing is I was always 200% sure not to let any liquid near my electronic devices which I used mostly during my job (laptops – headphones – keyboard – mouse – mobile phone – hard drive – an extension and chargers) so there’s no way that there was an external water ingress.
If this is the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this quality for a 25k+ pair of headphones then Sony should stop making headphones and maybe start investing in towels and sponges. They’ll earn more there. stop lying. I have both XM3 which I use for my gym and XM4 for work. I dropped my XM3 from table height on the last month of my warranty and it stopped working. I went to the service center and they fixed it without asking any questions since it eas still under warranty. It just doesn’t absorb moisture lmao. You should contact Sony India, tell them about your recent bad experience, show them warranty/guarantee card with the bill of the purchase, and they’ll fix this. Try this because its easier way to get your product fixed, else file a consumer complaint. That’s why I got Sennheiser momentum 4 and got a 2 year warranty. They give you new prodcut in warranty period.
I have heard good things about their service in the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this USA but please if you’re in India – please consider other options before buying anything related to Sony – products may be good but the service is as pathetic as it can be. Really sad to hear this. I got a sony xm4 wireless earbuds and they were defective. The service centre replaced them for free under warranty and when i had a problem with them again after warranty again they replaced for free. Kudos to them Well my old Bravia 32 inch TV panel was busted. I asked Them for a replacement. They said that the panel was not availible since it was an old model but they would give me a pretty attractive discount (40%) on their new 55 inch model. I went with that option happily ( my tv was old anyway). Got a new Bravia 55 inch 4k Led. I am happy with that TV ever since. That was a really good service in my opinion. Sony India is the worst because our fellow Indians have been worse. Most companies that used to accept minor water damage in warranty have refused doing so now because around 2015 some idiot told everyone on the internet that you can break your almost out of warranty product by using steam and claim warranty. Soon after most service centers refuse to do anything on seeing a meagre amount of water inside the device. They’ll make sure you accept your mistake before they work on the device
my friend has airpods max and they also got wet from sweat, and the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this mics stopped working 6months after purchase. Apple replaced, no questions asked, 9 months after purchase with brand new ones. This is in the US though I have 1000xm3 and it’s a beast. Bought it 4 years ago and still going strong without any issues whatsoever. Same feedback from other colleagues who have these. On the other hand I know a colleague who has 1000xm5 and he had some issues within the first few months. Although, since this was in Germany, it will be replaced easily due to strong consumer protection laws. Nah. Squeezing a headphone cup and if water came out of it then no one is going to service that under warranty.
I bought the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this XM3 and one of the earcups stopped working after 6 months. I later bought the linkbuds and they started playing static from time to time. Never again. Not the audio products anyway. the moisture is probably because of your sweat and humidity, and the WH-1000XM5 is no IP rated, thus not covered under warranty. Either way, look for an IP rated headphone/earphone next time. India’s climate probably warrants it for all electronics tbh. Hope things get resolved, op. I was gonna get xm5s a while ago but ended up buying qc45s instead because of the reviews. They’re perfect (except in the wind) Thats strange. Here in germany they give 2 years warranty and i just got my full refund when after 23 months i raised battery issue to them in xm4. Come claim time, they straight up said that this won’t be covered even though their website states it does……but not the insurance policy itself. Completely misled me into buying it, ngl it’s my mistake too, I should have read the policy properly and not just relied on their words and website but I was quite shocked that what they state about the plan was completely off from what the policy is itself. My sony tws was instantly replaced by Sony service and my experience was pretty good. Might be city or the particular service, maybe try another service center. Newer and smaller brands like soundcore and Sennheiser(def not new) Are much better Also you shouldn’t have bought Sony it is pretty much trash at the price
Hey OP, the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this ear cushions having this much moisture that it starts dripping when squeezed is weird. I have been daily driving my XM5s for over 4.5 months now and haven’t faced any issue till now. It’s totally possible that there might be a different factor causing all of this. I am absolutely loving how good these sound and feel, but feel a bit bummed after seeing someone’s bad experience. However, please try with different service centers and do update how it went. Hope you are able to find a solution! I faced the same issue with my 1000XM3 earphones. They quoted 17k for repair. I’d bought it for 20k. Yeah they suck. In India, if you want to get response from companies, go to LinkedIn or twitter and put a post with the company mentioned. They wil reply in hours. If they don’t resolve in few days, reply to it again. The only thing these companies are scared in India is public image. And LinkedIn and twitter will bring this to limelight as people are putting the posts which others can see Oh definitely. Sony service is full of issues. They hardly have any spares available. If the product is even slightly older they advise you to replace the whole product. its well documented on reddit with lots of report of people having issues with 1000mx4/5 headphones. i personally had to replace hinge swivel of my 1000mx4
I had bought Jays t Four Wireless from Headphone Zone (seller) with 1 year warranty. The product was great but was disappointed with the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this warranty support. It was new to the Indian market i guess and I liked the reviews and went for it. Worked great for 8 months and suddenly stopped working. Raised a claim and the product was replaced in 2 weeks. Great. However the replaced product stopped working in around 2 months, and the same issue, it suddenly stopped working. When I went back to the seller they said the warranty applies for 1 year since the original product was purchased. I felt really disappointed especially given that the replacement product was also defective and the warranty period for the original product had just expired.
Had a smart friend lose his battle with cancer, so it’s not all about being smart sometimes you need to learn some moves. It’s fine, the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this person you responded to just needs to look a dying loved one in the eyes while they’re passing from cancer, altho they seem too fuckin dense to understand anyway They’ve usually lost the keys and can’t turn the body back on. You could just take someone else’s body but then you have to listen to their music collection and their taste sucks. You may have stumbled upon something here, OP. Better contact your local college’s Biology department so they can fill in the details. Because of the money costs. Dying is bad, but you need money in order to revive yourself and staying alive. Medical stuff is expensive so it’s not weird if people don’t wanna wake up again just to pay the bills It’s probably not so bad when the dying process is over. Even the people that got back usually say how beautiful everything was on the other side. She told me it was not so bad its like sleeping and you dont know that you are dead. You dont know anything you realize nothing thats it. I heard from people who’s hearth stopped that the moment it happened they just felt a inner peacefullness like never before. I think about that a lot and helps me dealing with loss.
I think Netflix just released an undoubtedly shit movie called “Resurrected” that could tell you alllll about it. We should conduct a survey of the NCAA Marshall Thundering Herd 2024 Sun Belt Champions 31 03 All Players Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this recently deceased to determine why they do not return to life. I propose a government-funded research group, of which I will be the project lead. Dying jd bad, but coming back is worse. That’s why most undead do nothing but complain and throw themselves at armed survivors in hopes of being dead again. Tbh m8 death is a complex biological concept. Many of us may believe in an afterlife or reincarnation, science sadly doesn’t provide anyway for people to come back to life once they’ve passed away. It was asked both verbally and by the means of handling a paper form. Proper accessibility measures were used in case of deaf or blind subjects. *- This outcome included all cases where the subject screamed and ran away, wherre if kept saying prayers, where the sujbect attempted to exorcize the researchers, all attempts to beat up or kill the researchers, to kidnap and sacrifice them to ancient obscure eldrich deities, to use the paper form to roll a cigarette of something, cases where the subject made a paper plane out of the form and threw it out of the window and everything else. Because living people are yet to experience death, they lack actual knowledge on the topic and are answering based on assumptions. Dead people is either too busy, too distracted, too scared, , too unconscious, too satisfied or too dead to care about our survey at all.
