No, it is OK. What have you done to them? Nothing bad, nothing good. So, you’ve done nothing. It is not bad to do not care. Considering nobody is giving a shit about men’s metal health, it’s fine to just be like “Oh ye man I have no input here”. Not giving a fuck is normal. If you’re getting bullied just retaliate with shit like “At least my parents love me” and “At least I respect other religions and countries’ opinions about your stupid celebration month” You have to act homophobic or racist in order to not get bullied. I don’t care about Pride Month either, but I do find it a bit weird and kind of a dick move that apparently everyone forgot that June is also Men’s Mental Health Month Im lgbtq and no you don’t need to go scream WOOHOO HAPPY ORIDE MONTH SLAY GIRLY POP you’re allowed to not care as long as you’re being respectful and not hating on the My people skills are just fine my tolerance to idiots needs work shirt moreover I will buy this community you’re def allowed to not mind it if you didnt care about it you wouldn’t have brought it up at school, you wouldn’t be bullied for it, and you wouldn’t have wasted all of our time with a post. personally, i don’t care too much about pride month either, as neither me or my immediate social circle are lgbtq+, but i still believe that people should be allowed to do whatever the fuck they want as long as it doesn’t harm anyone. I just wanna take the time to say homophobic lives matter, and you can also just say you don’t wish to partake Noone can force you to care about it and if they do that’s manipulation or coercion I’d say it’s bad. Pride month is important, also, why would you ignore (“not give a fuck”) LGBTQ people? Empathy or at least sympathy is important (not that we particularly need sympathy from non-queers) Pride month is a celebration of the rights we fought for as people.

Rainbow capitalism is the My people skills are just fine my tolerance to idiots needs work shirt moreover I will buy this issue. It’s heartless and is only trying to appeal to a wider audience. It’s not that these businesses actually care about queer folk. Me & my boyfriend don’t participate in pride month, nor do we like being associated with it. We don’t want to be recognized for being gay, as the whole point was to be recognized as normal. Waving flags & chanting about our sexuality only makes us look more different from the rest; & makes people want to be away from us even more (understandable). To us, & to many; Pride month has lost meaning because pride itself lost meaning, & it’s now just a marketing stunt to make someone look hip, or to make a company look better by adding a rainbow to their logo. Waving colors doesn’t make homophobic ideas go away, & it doesn’t make it any closer to legalizing homosexuality in other countries; it just makes us look like morons. It’s why me & my partner never participate.
