Had a customer looking for a toilet tank he claimed to see online. I asked him to show me the Mortician House By The Cemetery Shirt But I will love this website so I could see what aisle it was in, and not only was it not the walmart website, it literally said in all caps” Guy said it didn’t matter if it was a different site, it’s something we were apparently supposed to sell. Told him we didn’t have it and he said he would find a manager and get my ass fired. A “Dr.” Threatened the staff at the top of his lungs because we refused to destroy copies of his insurance information for our rental vehicle. It was required by corporate to retain the information for our own insurance to prove we leased the vehicle to a valid and insured driver. We ended up giving the copy back to him, but it struck me was a giant piece of S*** he was. My boss told him he shouldn’t be allowed to practice with an attitude like that and to leave our building.

Why would they just point!”…bitch) 3)She had no idea what the name of the item she was looking for was. No idea of brands. No idea of what it looked like. How it was used. Just that you “put it on a hose and it sprays stuff.” What stuff? She didn’t know. 4) I showed her where it COULD be if we had it, based on her descriptions, and showed her a similar item. She proceeded to call me an idiot because that wasn’t what she was looking for. 5) I tried to Google the description of the item to help her, and she started screaming
