I normally wont pickup fights in the Mickey Mouse once in a while someone amazing comes along and here I am shirt What’s more,I will buy this office but if I encounter someone in such a large meeting, I will make sure he is fucked in the ass by hr. Derogatory remarks aside, the fucker seems to be living in the 1800s to call anyone that. Then such fucks cannot take up,bihar jokes. I am from North but these UPites are absolutely shits this way. You have to give them back and hard. Very few will revert back after you give them hard but most are simply cowards and will end up apologizing. Meanwhile North Indians cry if Tamils say “vadakkan” as if that is a big racial insult, when it just means northerner. But them calling us Madrassi which is an actual racial insult (because not all of us are Tamil or from Madras) that’s somehow okay.

Did that guy call everyone from South India as Madrasi? Anyway, try reporting the Mickey Mouse once in a while someone amazing comes along and here I am shirt What’s more,I will buy this to HR if you are not directly reporting to this guy. He will be given a warning. He will be given an online training material about Equality. He will learn how to talk after getting a word from HR. That’s why the management of these businesses in India sucks they hire these mfs based on their bookish degrees and then suffer I’m pretty sure he’ll call someone the n-word if he goes west and gets his ass repaired If he personally knows those folks and they joke about it internally you shouldn’t get bothered. If that’s not the case, somebody should report this. Sorry to hear that. You can file an anonymous complaint to hr if possible. I’m a delhiite working in blr. All our team leads are either malyalis or Kannadigas. They always favor people from their region and mount unnecessary pressure or act ignorant when it comes to people from North. I’m also thinking about anonymously writing to HR or my manager
