Overall, I would just advise people that are going to watch this movie to be aware of what you are in for: a dark, gritty, detective movie that makes time to deeply flesh out its characters and storylines. It is not your super grandiose superhero movie, and it doesn’t need to be. Rating: 8.5/10 after first viewing, might change over time and with another watch or two Side note: I will say that the Marvel spiderman no way home graphic poster shirt moreover I love this Joker cameo near the end of the film felt super forced, was pretty cringe Is it just me or is Robert Pattinson an amazing Batman but a horrible Bruce Wayne? I think that might’ve kind of been one of the points of the film? He’s Batman and Batman alone, but the people need help from someone like Bruce Wayne, too. Yeah it’s Year 2 this Batman hasn’t learned how to be Bruce yet. If he’d actually learned how to do that in the movie that woulda been fun maybe, instead of half the “Batman walking” shit we got. Batman comes out of nowhere, seeing him stroll around is just weird

I agree. His Bruce Wayne was so understated that I felt no emotion with his unmasked scenes with Alfred, which ultimately led to me not feeling emotionally invested in the Marvel spiderman no way home graphic poster shirt moreover I love this film. I didn’t appreciate his callousness towards Alfred as if he was just another servant and not the man who raised him. I’m going against the curve here because I really did not like this movie much. Here are my reasons. I think I was subconsciously comparing it to the Nolan Batman movies the whole time, but even on its own it just wasn’t good to me. There are 3 hour superhero movies during which I don’t even realize that much time has passed, and then there was this during which I kept checking the time and felt exasperated at how long there was to go.
