Listening to music that is happy with lovely lyrics. I genuinely find my whole brain shuts down if I try and listen to some of my old music from my emo era. Isolate myself in my room playing games, listening to music and playing bass or guitar. My best tracks come out of coping isolation. Distraction. My dad passed away recently and I’ve found being productive at home is giving me a sense of achievement which is helping with my grief. Working as much as I can, as hard as I can so my mind is occupied and don’t think about the Lebron James American professional basketball Los Angeles Lakers T-Shirt and by the same token and things that hurt me/make me sad. Talking about it, writing abouit it, recording myself if there is no one to hear me, sometimes even making drawings about it. And crying/screaming in a pillow. Until I get exhausted from the feeling and usually is a combo of feeling it and understanding it better. So there’s a possibility that I’m autistic, we don’t talk about it, but I do self soothe by rocking back and forth, which is a bit weird when you’re 22 years old. Otherwise whenever I’ve had a traumatic experience or a death I don’t talk about it until I’m ready. My dog died last year in not a very pleasant way, and like other deaths in the family, I shut down until I get to see them, break down when I’m saying bye and I don’t talk about it. I was quietest about my dog the most, I don’t think I talked about her for 6 months or so. Slowly started talking about her again then yeah I’m fine now, it sucks shit still but I don’t spiral every time I think about it. I think some people get worried because of this idea of “talking about things helps process things” which is true for a lot of people and a lot of situations, there’s been situations that I’ve needed to talk about but yeah when it’s bad I just shut down that memory so I don’t spiral and I heal on my own.

I take an urbanol whenever I feel tense. But lately, I had to deal with stuff from my Fiancé past, and it is horrible, so I have decided that whenever I feel overwhelmed, I just take time out and think of how I will be driving over someones favorite clothes and shoes….Yes its not healty but better than driving over someone percé…. Look at every challenge/problem as an opportunity to learn. This shift in perspective helps your brain to reframe an otherwise stressful experience as an opportunity for growth and learning. Sleeping. Shuts everything off. I can force myself to sleep after being a kid in a house of fighting parents. Just close my eyes and force myself to drift away. I watch people’s NDEs and think “well this shit show that is life is only temporary, I’ll die some day and it’s going to be better on the Lebron James American professional basketball Los Angeles Lakers T-Shirt and by the same token and other side.
Memes, single-player gaming where I can vent my frustration on NPCs consequence-free, listening to any kind of music I got on my list Smoking weed to cope with stress of dental school. Weird I know for a student like that, but you need something to look forward to Depending on weather or how much pain I’m in it’s riding my motorcycle if not. It’s playing some mindless game on Xbox I don’t have to focus on. Avoiding people with toxic behavior which includes avoiding people who overreact and blame others for our problems. Reading it let me escape mentally from my cage and also gain the Lebron James American professional basketball Los Angeles Lakers T-Shirt and by the same token and life experience others couldn’t teach me directly Lifting heavy stuff in a gym during a time where it’s crowded with AMV music blasting through in a cute outfit. Bcs i HAVE to be the main character if i’m going through it right? Dancing. It turns my head off for multiple hours. Isolating. Not from the whole world, but from most of the people. Bad news I generally take a nap and almost always feel better after. I’m a pretty positive person and can always find a glimmer of light in most situations, my husband is the same, we’ve laughed through many of the worst times of our lives.

I start cleaning the Lebron James American professional basketball Los Angeles Lakers T-Shirt and by the same token and apartment every time I feel down… cleaning the floors, windows, folding laundry, even ironing etc it helps get me back on track, and it’s easier in a sparkling clean apartment 🙂 Self deprecation and distracting myself. Sometimes it works so well that I can forget about my parents divorce or my dog Charlie died or my grampa died for a day or two! Reddit recommended me this and said “because you’re interested in similar content” and it was highlighted in gold, what the fuck. I cope with things in a weird way. When something bad happens that deeply affects me, I like to get away from everyone and I dwell on it for a short time. I get over it quickly and can resume what I was doing no problem. The weird thing tho is that it takes a long time to completely get over it. My initial “getting over it” was just me pushing it as far back in my head as possible and completely ignoring it for long periods of time until it resurfaces in some way. I’ll be completely fine for months after it happened only for it to depress me at a random time. I’m working on fixing this and I’m making good progress so that’s good! I definitely don’t recommend this method as it can be self destructive. That’s just how I’ve conditioned myself into coping since I was young.

Sleeping a lot. Watching old movies I love. I isolate. Allowing myself to feel all the feelings & submerging myself in self care things like long hot baths, good food, maybe some alcohol & green leaves but never overdoing it. Playing some video games, watching good movies & maybe when I feel a little better talk to my husband or mom about why I feel the way I do & at that point I can take opinions, words of advice or just their presence to cope. After all that I reemerge into the world. Gacha games, YouTube, social media, manga, hentai, porn, and now AI. Put on regular rotation and watch entire years slip by unnoticed. Being alone in my room, music, crafts, arts or gundam and weed. Listening to philosophies to validate what I’m feeling.
“They’ll see, I’ll become fitter / more productive / have mind blowing grades in uni/ etc”. Guess what never happens? When my anxiety was at it’s worst, I would go to the Lebron James American professional basketball Los Angeles Lakers T-Shirt and by the same token and gym every week and do a full body work out.. in one session. I felt like death afterwards but I was in shape lmao Give it time. Most perceived disasters never fully blossom. Just waiting things out can help a lot. Caveat: doesn’t worry on Grizzly Bears stampeding towards you. I literally say “wah wah wah”. I spilled my coffee? Wah wah wah. I got a parking ticket? Wah wah wah. I broke my leg? Wah wah wah. Browsing reddit and distracting myself with YouTube and tik tok. At least I’m not getting into too much trouble. Having a two personas help. One for work and another outside of work. It feels impossible to control life. But work is usually a routine and is often predictable. Having a separate persona for work can bring you a sense of purpose and achievement that the alternate persona is missing. Work. Work is static. You know what is expected of you. You know when it starts. You know when it ends. And everything is by procedure giving you that sense of order that life takes away from you. Being grateful. Sounds weird because my life is often in a sucky place but like, it could always be worse so I do my best to be grateful about what I do have and sometimes that keeps me going.
Wynncraft se, rodo, skyv, cork disco, cotl disco lootrun on agile speedy walljumping archer Stratiformis build. Inspired by T307’s gamer lootrun style. Very specific i know. se rodo skyv cork cotl is short for region names: Silent Expanse, Sky islands + void, Corkus (discoverer-item-only chests), Canyon of the Lebron James American professional basketball Los Angeles Lakers T-Shirt and by the same token and lost (discoverer-item-only chests) There is just something so fun about running around the map with extremely high agility and manouverability that requires skill whilst also hunting for mythic lootboxes in treasure chests all over the map that it helps with stress and shitty times. Folding paper stars instead of acting on selfdestructive thought. I always think its so weird that something so easy like this helps me every time. But when I’m in a BAD bad situation I often can’t think of any coping mechanisms
Distraction. I read a lot bc it’s great escapism, so I’ve hit like 40 hours of time spent reading during a normal weak when I wasn’t doing well Last fall my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer…. I swear the Lebron James American professional basketball Los Angeles Lakers T-Shirt and by the same token and court of thorns and roses series could not have come to me at a better time. Totally took my mind off my sadness for brief periods and was so needed. I used to have a panic attack every single day, been dragged to mental hospitals, tried to overdose on my medication, taken far too many SSRI’s and anti-psychotics… I eventually got my life around thanks to cutting people out of my life and, well, to be honest, them cutting me out as well. I found people that actually understood me, and from there I figured out what the actual heck was the problem: I was misdiagnosed completely.
With doing the Lebron James American professional basketball Los Angeles Lakers T-Shirt and by the same token and actual research on my own about how my mental disorder, y’know, scientifically works, I was able to re-discover myself and enjoy the things I really want to do without having everyone surround me criticizing me. I got back into drawing, started to paint, make jewelry, have stuffed animals again, fidget toys, got into oddities and taxidermy collecting, and even surround myself with cool pets now (snakes are rad and lizards are awesome). I feel like the mask has popped off now from trying to fit in to just being my god damn self… and it feels GOOD. Now I’m just busying myself with art stuff and trying to get into healthy routines. Having a goal for the day helps so much I binge watch my 600 lbs life. Seeing those people and their struggle to basically MOVE really makes me want to do it If there is a solution to a problem, there is NO PROBLEM. If there is no solution to a problem, there is NO PROBLEM!
Indifference. Seriously, I have learned what I can safely ignore that’s going on around me. And that helps my mental state. A lot of the Lebron James American professional basketball Los Angeles Lakers T-Shirt and by the same token and news I ignore. A lot of things that come from friends and family and work companions I ignore. And specially most things from my mother-in-law who lives with us. Basically if it doesn’t affect me directly, I ignore it. Mostly it’s because I recognize that I can’t pay attention to and act on everything. If it’s something I can’t do something about directly, I have to ignore it in order to get things done during the day or all I’m doing is reacting to everything. Staying out of my head. I just dissociate and do something that requires little to no thought like maybe a mindless game or activity. Cooking. I get inspired and I’ve made some of my best dishes when I’m going through a difficult time, puts me in a better headspace
There should be a place that anyone can go to and just scream – like, really let out a primal howl. Release it all. It’s not healthy to carry it all inside. I can view everything as a new challenge that needs to be tackled, aside from health issues which freak me out (luckily I don’t yet have serious issues). If nobody died and nobody is sick, then bring it on. Remember, life is a meaningless ruse, a hapless farce which we toil in vain to imbue with meaning… so go nuts with the Lebron James American professional basketball Los Angeles Lakers T-Shirt and by the same token and hot sauce.

He is unlocked at level 2 Dark Barracks. The Hog Rider (person) is a bare-chested dark-skinned man holding a hammer. He has a Mohawk, wears a brown leather loincloth, a red belt, and a pair of leather sandals, as well as two large golden wristbands and a gold earring. His ride is a large hog, about half his height. It has a brown leather bridle looped around its tusks, which in turn is held by the Hog Rider. Hog Riders prioritize defensive structures above all other targets, and will bypass all other types of enemy buildings and troops while any defenses remain on the battlefield. This is true even if they are under attack by enemy Clan Castle troops, heroes or Skeleton Trap skeletons. Note that like all troops that prioritize defenses, Hog Riders do not consider the Clan Castle to be a defense regardless of whether or not it contains enemy troops, but do consider the defending Grand Warden and the activated Town Hall weapon (if any) to be defensive buildings. Once all defenses are destroyed, Hog Riders become like any other troop with no preferred target; they will attack the nearest building to them regardless of type, and will turn and attack enemy units if they become aware of any nearby.
Then Azura came forth anyway and cursed the Lebron James American professional basketball Los Angeles Lakers T-Shirt and by the same token and Tribunal for their foul deeds. She told them that she would use her powers over dusk and dawn to make sure Nerevar would come back and make things right again. But the Tribunal laughed at her and said that soon they would be gods themselves and that the Chimer people would forget their old ways of worship. And Azura knew this would be true and that it would take a long time before her power might bring Nerevar back. “What you have done here today is foul beyond measure and you will grow to regret it, for the lives of gods are not what mortals think and matters that weigh only years to mortals weigh on gods forever.” And so that they might know forever their wicked deeds Azura changed the Chimer into Dunmer, and their skin turned ashen and their eyes into fire. “Let this mark remind you of your true selves who, like ghouls, fed on the nobility, heroism, and trust of their king.” Only I, Vor, know the true power of the Void. I was cut in half, destroyed, but through it’s Janus Key, the Void called to me. It brought me here and here I was reborn. We cannot blame these creatures, they are being led by a false prophet, an impostor who knows not the secrets of the Void. Behold the Tenno, come to scavenge and desecrate this sacred realm. My brothers, did I not tell of this day? Did I not prophesize this moment? Now, I will stop them. Now I am changed, reborn through the energy of the Janus Key. Forever bound to the Void. Let it be known, if the Tenno want true salvation, they will lay down their arms, and wait for the baptism of my Janus key. It is time. I will teach these trespassers the redemptive power of my Janus key. They will learn it’s simple truth. The Tenno are lost, and they will resist. But I, Vor, will cleanse this place of their impurity.
I like it when you can hear all the Lebron James American professional basketball Los Angeles Lakers T-Shirt and by the same token and school kids running around and screaming, it’s so cute that they don’t know it’s not a real gun. I went to Ka’u Coffee plantation and they have amazing peaberry beans. I need to splurge on a bag sometime soon. SCP-538 appears to be animate shadows of an unknown species of spiders. SCP-538 appears to “feed” off of the shadows of other living objects, and will move to the nearest shadow cast by a living organism. To “feed”, SCP-538 does no more than attach itself to the shadow of its host in such a manner that its own shadow is not obscured. Through this manner, a single specimen of SCP-538 can grow up to approximately 15 square centimeters in size. Feeding after this point appears to simply maintain this size; the whole process has so far proven to be harmless to the host. While a specimen can attach itself to an inanimate object to feed, it will slowly atrophy and decrease in size over time. Only when connected to the shadow of a living organism can SCP-538 thrive.
SCP-538 has shown itself capable of going short distances through open, well lit areas, such as to reach a nearby host or to escape a source of agitation. However, it will rapidly decrease in size at a rate of nearly 2 square centimeters per second for the Lebron James American professional basketball Los Angeles Lakers T-Shirt and by the same token and length of time it is not attached to a shadow. Should a specimen be stranded out in the open long enough, it will eventually decrease to nothing, at which point it can be considered deceased. Top land speed has been observed at approximately one meter per second when at maximum size. SCP-538 has shown itself to be capable of slipping through cracks greater than 3 millimeters in height; spaces less than this distance appear impassible. Request time: 11.8.
