I’ve lost over $80 in recent orders because my dasher or the restaurant made a mistake, and they refuse to give me a refund or any compensation even with proof I’m sorry for u but thank u for this. Been having underwhelming day and after reading this i was laughing, crying out loud to rhe point that my stomach hurts. A real support person wouldn’t talk to you like that and would hopefully understand. This is a bot. Connect to a real support worker and it’ll get refunded for sure Had to scroll way too far for this. Definitely a bot and the amount of comments thinking otherwise is a little scary. We’re all doomed. I see so many posts showing how horrible doordash is. Delivery people stealing food, throwing food, making suspicious requests, etc. I’m a dasher and I use the service 3-4 times a month. I’ve never had any issues with the service itself beyond the restaurant getting the order wrong on a couple of small things a couple of times and DD has always refunded me and a couple random dashers putting the food up aganist the door so that I can’t open it without sliding the bags around. Exactly people just love to hear about bad experiences. I’ve never had any issues with Doordash and I bet most others haven’t either A person who is homeless in Portland addicted to fentanyl who still has a car and a license and somehow got insurance, can work for doordash…just keep in mind where the bar is…which is around ankle height
