If this were in a movie, I’d say it’s too tacky and call it bad writing. I feel like real life has been taking more and more cheap shots at being funny. Call support again, call the I Do Not Have Gray Hair Wolf Have Wisdom Highlights shirt in contrast I will get this phone line. Calmly explain wat happened everything without adding anything later. I’ve asked support for compensation before as a driver and one time the agent said they would credit me but it never showed up and said it might take time, I called the next day it still wasn’t there and they instantly put it into my account. Sometimes they just don’t rly know what they’re doing from the other side of the world, I wouldn’t expect to know how anything works over there. Think I would know anything about how credit charges, laws regarding labor and services, etc. works over in India? I doubt their script covers half of the unique situations that happen with delivery platforms including outages etc.

Me: I haven’t received my food. The driver said the I Do Not Have Gray Hair Wolf Have Wisdom Highlights shirt in contrast I will get this delivery is complete but I looked EVERYWHERE outside my house and I don’t see anything. Because it takes so long between texts, I assume they are hoping we just give up. I guess my theory is they want us to run around in circles so that it takes too much time and energy to fight it. Get a photo of the food on the ground to backup your story. It will take a bunch of back and forth to get your money back but the photo/video will help speed things along. Blame this on customers who lie and report not getting their food when they really did. I did get a photo and I ended up getting my money back, so it’s not that big of a deal. Just pissed me off with that response lol
