Could well be a regression. We had a solid routine by 6 months, and every few weeks he would be out of sorts for a few nights. I’m on my second baby and sometimes they just don’t sleep. And nothing you do can fix it. But it doesn’t last forever. Right now I have a 3 Month old that wakes up every time I set him down but I know it won’t be forever. And a 3 year old who leaves his room to say something after we say good night and has to be put back 10 times before he stays. Also hoping that won’t last forever. Ours had her regression similar to this when she hit 5 months.
