If he held himself and his leadership team accountable, he’d have hit himself and all of them with option limits, and pay reductions in order to keep those employees around. I don’t know the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this details, but that seems to usually be the last option for most corporations I remember some big pharma company laid off a ton of employees. They had the an all company call where the C-suite millionaire laughed about it. I recall it shooting company morale into the dump. Does this explain why the new MLB jersey designs are such shit? The designers knew their jobs were on the chopping block, so they phoned it in? Don’t care for Nintendo as a video game developer but ill never forget Saturo Iwata taking a 50% pay cut to keep from having to fire people. Shame more ceos don’t have that type of attitude.
I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt- About us
Seems like that accountability got passed right to everyone that lost their jobs. Ah well – at least the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this leadership has another change to get it right – and bonuses for everyone! Woo hoo! There use to be a time you could go to the mall and buy a pair of nice Nike shoes now all you have is mostly junk. All the good stuff is only available online and sells out in seconds. Why are we mad when corporations fire people en masse? Also it’s 2% of their workforce. It sucks for those people but everyone loses a job at some point in life. I think he meant “responsible” not “accountable”. But I’m not sure if CEOs are supposed to have the basic intelligence to parse the two. “Don’t you think 1,500 hundred people is alot”? The conscience inside the ceo asked himself. “Just do it”! Said his uncontrollable greed. “I hold myself and leadership accountable and that’s why we’re firing 1500 of the people who had nothing to do with our profit shortfall and paying out bonuses for the leadership and mess.” …and that’s why I’ll be awarding myself and all those responsible with a nice golden parachute as I ruin these peasants lives. So much accountability! Did him and his leadership team get adjusted salaries and bonus structure due to their poor performance or culled like the serfs? Hmm, me thinks not. This is just empty phrases to make investors feel good about buying the stock.
It’s absolutely fucking insane that anyone would accept a job at a place that’s had any layoff in the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this prior ten years You know what bothers me the most? It’s the bald faced lie. Talk to me like I’m an adult. I know why you’re laying off. You know why you’re laying off. You know I know why you’re laying off. And yet you lie to my face. Never forget that employees are called “heads” by the finance and leadership teams of most large companies. Intentionally disassociating the human from the expense to make the RIFs easier. I hold myself accountable… for not making my ceo bonus better. In order to do that, I’ll fire you and take all your salaries and make everyone else work harder for nothing! The windows on the executive floor are mirrored so you can’t look up and see him crying as you leave the office for the last time. It’s not an actual apology unless he atones by providing financial restitution to the people he was accountable to. So how much are their severance checks and is there proof they’re coming out of his personal funds/stock options? As a former employee of Nike, I am not surprised. Their corporate structure is bollocks, directors reporting into directors, off shore development increasingly the norm. They don’t care about the staff, even if Cafe Meetings give the idea they do. They tried it fire a bunch of folk in Europe, but the works council called their bluff, and succeeded but only in making them announce it officially and say they will get better.
How to buy this I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt
Fucking disingenuous prick. All those stock buy backs last year could have paid for these workers and thousands more. He made $32.8 million last year, btw. His salary would cover roughly 1/3 of those jobs if they make $75,000 a year. Layoffs are bound to happen at any company. You can’t grow exponentially forever. That being said, layoffs have a special sting when the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this CEO makes 100x your salary. So he and his leadership team are accountable, now what? Totally meaningless statement. I do indeed declare that I did do the thing I did These people do not know what the word accountable means. That would entail keeping the employees, and taking the hit yourselves financially. They will absolutely never do that And I bet he didn’t personally meet with any of the employees they laid off. Just left it to some poor middle manager that had no input into the decision making process to look these poor people in the eyes and tell them they don’t have a job anymore because the company isn’t profitable ENOUGH. 330 more repliesWeird way to say “we do this on purpose, we’ve done the same thing for decades and because we’ve created a culture of scum bags, it’s part of hr strategy. You should see the way we hire generally through nepotism and who you know rather than your actual skills and not to mention the way we exploit contract workers. It’s probably why we can’t do anything aside from shoes and some clothing well.” Idk this dudes face just screams ‘I literally do nothing all day and just rake in cash while other people figure things out’.
I have a few friends/family friends who work for Nike. They do massive lay offs cyclically she said. They will just randomly decimate entire teams no matter seniority or talent. You ever notice that layoffs never include CEOs, senior leadership, middle management or HR. Why is that the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this case? “I hold myself accountable…by firing other people” – prick CEO that lacks self awareness and may not own a dictionary That’s the same thing the Blizzard board said something like 5 rounds of layoffs ago, back when Jay was the president. Their big sacrifice was to give up their profit sharing for that half; as if they deserve bonuses to begin with when they did such a poor job. Ultimately as in last as in I will fire these people first then ultimately if they have all been fired and all other less leadery people have been fired I will fire my leadership team and if that doesn’t do it my plus ultra ultimate option is to fire myself. So the worker bees get punished for their shitty management. In my career spanning 25 years, not one damned thing has changed. If he actually did and this were a true statement, then he and they would be out of a job…not the other way around.
The only thing they have is brand recognition and a deluded customer base that thinks being a brainless consumer makes them superior. Instead of making your products only available on the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this 2ndary market at 5x the price how about producing more products and sell them direct to the consumer. I stopped wearing their products when I had to win a lottery to purchase them. That’s so stupid! I hold myself accountable for all last year errors and money loss, let me fire all of you and contract cheaper labour force. After wearing Nike training shoes for literally decades, I finally stopped buying them because the quality has fallen off so much. The final straw was a pair of Nike Reax 8 TRs that started squeaking within a few weeks. Is CEO John Donahoe taking accountability for trading their reputation for a bit more profit? Maybe they’d still be making money if they hadn’t alienated their customers.
In an interview Phil Knight did on Fox News in November 2022, he stated that back in 2020 Nike had made 1 million shoes on an automated process as a test run to see if they could do it effectively. Knight said it wasn’t quite ready yet, not quite economical, but that “those days weren’t that far ahead of us.” I personally would blame the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this employees, and if necessary, society, because I am flawless and it definitely wasn’t my fault for not having a backup plan that protected anyone but me and the shareholders. /S “Accountable” has to be one of the most misunderstood words in the English language. People tend to say “accountable” when they mean “responsible,” because holding oneself or others accountable means some sort of action is required from the accountable party to make amends for what they did. Really sounds more like 1500 are being held accountable. How about knocking their combined yearly salary off your yearly salary. That would be being accountable.
Maybe Nike should stop making garbage products that are on the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this same level as shit in Forever 21. When there’s a ton of your shoes in Kohls and the discount mall shoe stores, you know you’re making crap. I hold myself accountable, as I accept millions upon millions of dollars in bonus checks for laying off these people to make margins. Really. I call bs. Prove it. Fire someone on your leadership team or resign yourself if you and your ‘leadership’ team are accountable. Such fucking liars. Nike deserves it. There shoes used to be decently priced, lasted and were comfortable. I haven’t found a comfortable pair to wear since 2017 Not you don’t you CEO Jerk Off. If you really held yourself accountable you would take a serious cut in pay and step aside. But you don’t really believe your own bullshit. Your workers are being held accountable for your poor management and fuck ups.. piss off douche’ bag “Which is why I’m simultaneously docking my compensation by the same amount as we were paying them… Ha! Wouldn’t that be hilarious?” Sooo ,he hold himself accountable ? That should mean a salary cut for them and all of the 1500 van suddenly stay … It’s the thought of the King drawing little check boxes LOL. Then he gets the note back and goes ‘ahhhhh darn…’.
Oh you my dear are far too rightThough i shan’t lie, in my mind i was picturing him seeing the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this frowny face, freezing and then slowly looking up at his doctors who all mutter things that probably make more sense in a Monty Python film The Act of Supremacy passed in 1534, did indeed declare it treason to “imagine, devise or intend the death of the King”. I usually get annoyed by reddit’s Americentrism but to be fair, out of all topics the restrictive laws of English kings is pretty relevant to the US There’s a huge difference between laws in the 16th century and 18th century in Britain. Henry VIII was ruling within a system of government centred around the king, 200 years later it was centred around Parliament, the King had been chosen by Parliament, and the Bill of Rights had been passed.
It is kind of folk history in the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this US that the revolutionaries were fighting against a tyrannical king, actually they were fighting the government run by Parliament. In fact there were repeated requests for the king to overrule Parliament in favour of the American colonies, with the king repeatedly refusing because he didn’t have the constitutional power to do so. Interesting to think though that Henry VIII was the first English king to be fully aware of America. His father (who died in 1509) may have heard of Columbus and his return from a new territory, but that could basically have been the extent of it. England wouldn’t establish a colony in the Americas until Jamestown in 1607, though under Elizabeth, Sir Francis Drake made several expeditions to the Americas.
Yes, though it was thought the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this island was located off the coast of China. Under King Henry VIII* it would be known it was a completely separate continent. Not that it really matters, unless you were particularly powerful, if the king wanted you to suffer and die, you suffered and died. You’re a dead man Smith! You are gonna die! I don’t know where or when but each of us has to go in our own time! Kinda missing reddit gold for comments like this. For a while they would do a free award every so often. I think it was right to get rid of paid awards (too much manipulation), but dang, if I had one award a day, you’d get it for today! To be fair an archbishop does seem more qualified to deliver that news in that time period than just about anyone Pretty crazy that he survived Smallpox (30-40% mortality rate), Malaria (20-50% mortality rate), and a crushed leg injury that became infected, all in the 1500s. Not sure it was entirely a mercy. It sounds like he was very sick and in a lot of pain. Plus, everyone lived in absolute fear of him. He couldn’t even kill his last wife because it seems like he was so afraid of just being left alone. They missed including this photo to show how many doctors he had

Why do you have to tell him? No problems, Hal, you’ll be fine. I’m just gonna give you this bowl of jam. You’ve got to eat to keep your strength up, you fat inbred turd. Cranmer was the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this Protestant archbishop that broke the news. And he took the opportunity to grant the mercurial King (who kept wavering between Protestant and Roman Catholic positions) forgiveness by faith and not works. Henry couldn’t talk and accepted the forgiveness by grace with the squeeze of his hand. Henry was awful but Cranmer still gave him mercy as well as a large dose of truth. He was like the medieval joker that could actually tell the king the truth without losing his life.
Depends on how bad it was. If he’s sick enough, what’s he gonna do, chase you down? His royal executioner could’ve just been like, “Ope, sorry, didn’t hear ya there!” The thing about government is that even if one person is the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this head, there are many others who can carry out its whims. Two doctors (in a time doctors weren’t as respected as they are now) definitely shouldn’t have hoped to get an exception to the law for this, and probably would have been executed. The Archbishop was a powerful enough person in his own right that he’d be left alone. When he died, everyone was so preoccupied with their own affairs that they just left his body there. By the time they got around to burying him, the body was bloated. And then it didn’t fit into the tomb, so they forced it, causing it to explode.
WP seems clear that it was Anthony Denny (groom of the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this stool) who did so. See also One of the reasons I doubt it is that “imagining” does not mean “thinking about” in this context, but “planning”. Otherwise it would have been very difficult, for example, for Henry’s courtiers to discuss his will with him (something they did extensively before his death). That’s the thing I don’t get about deathbeds. I mean, if you’re lying in one, you kind of know what is supposed to happen right? Did they not tell him it was a deathbed before giving it to the king? Turns out the royals were just as useless in the 1500s as they are today. Nothing but a family of glorified parasites that contribute nothing in exchange for all the resources they extract from everyone else.
Henry was absolutely not dangerous or useless. He sucked as a husband sure, but he was a great ruler for his country and subjects. Henry VIII was a great king though and his rule was a massive W for England. Like it’s great if you want to talk about useless Royals but Henry and his daughter are two of the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this worst examples you could possibly use lmao He did kick off the English Reformation though, which was at least interesting, even if it was because he thought he was being punished by God for marrying his brother’s widow and really really wanted to bone the hot French chick. I feel like saying, “Sire, I would diagnose your health issues, were it not for the Treason Act,” would get the point across just fine.
Did you lay yourself and them off? No? Still stuffing you pockets knowing 1,500 are in a tough spot. F*ck your empty words and contrite photo pose. Is it just me or its hard to even find Nike now? I was at Shoe Dept store and not a single pair to be found. Ive bought Nike there before though. I think they pulled their stuff from discount resellers, I guess to keep the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this markup as high as possible. I bought a pair of Adidas, and I guess everyone else did too… Good old fashioned corporate greed Well I’m sure that’ll make those 1500 people feel great maybe they can cash that in for some food and pay their bills with your accountability go f*** yourself. I’m sorry did you take a pay cut? And here come mass layoffs. It starts with the giant companies and trickles down from there. We may be in a recession by fall.
I’m starting to feel a certain way about capitalists that I can’t really elaborate on safely on internet forums. If you were really holding yourself and your leaders responsible why aren’t you stepping down after removing said bad leaders? I hold myself accountable and will think about this really hard as I take a drive in my luxury car, back to my luxury home and then, strangely, forget about it. What the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this heck do 1500 people do at Nike—the whole company consists of buying cheap shoes made in Asian factories. I think the majority of people here agree this is neegative announcement. Just wondering what brand is on everyones feet. Having ethical responsibilities means ensuring a business engages in fair business practices across the board—from the supply chain to the boardroom. Companies should treat all employees, stakeholders, and customers ethically with fairness and respect. This type of CSR can also take a lot of different forms. Some common synonyms of responsible are accountable, amenable, answerable, and liable. While all these words mean “subject to being held to account,” responsible implies holding a specific office, duty, or trust. John Donahoe gets a sizable check from the Check — more than $30M USD last fiscal year, to be exact. The Nike (NYSE:NKE -2.40%) CEO’s pay for the 2022 fiscal year was recently revealed in the company’s annual proxy statement, and he raked in a handsome $32.8M USD.
Most of Donahoe’s compensation came from stock and option awards, which were valued at $20.5M USD total on the I Got Two Severed Wolves Inside Me And They Won’t Stop Trying To Reintegrate Shirt Additionally,I will love this date granted. „The loss of all these jobs may sound concerning to workers. But the brutal reality of investing is that you have to take a dispassionate look at the company’s sales and profits – not its head count.“ Yeah he is still cashing a huge check. While the 1500 are on the unemployment line spare me your excuses. When done with Nike he will get a ceo job somewhere else and do the same. Yeah but he probably didn’t take a pay cut to save any of those Jobs either. All of them will keep their millions and ride off into the sunset. Talk about accountability. Was his pay cut accordingly? They pay these CEO’s millions to run the companies int the ground and then they lay off workers to cover their mistakes. In assuming he took a 100% paycut for the year before firing the employees, considering he holds himself accountable. A quick googling tells us his salary is 33 million…. If he was truly accountable he could take a bigass pay cut to keep those employees … hell – probably not even that big to cover their salary for a couple years while things settle…. What a twat This has been a common problem for years business over extending themselves and trying to squeeze every bit of profit that they can focusing on share prices and investors. When things go bad they suffer a lot
