Of course, health insurance covers a lot of this, but it turns out to be cheaper in the Homicidal ecstasy shirt so you should to go to store and get this long run for us to go with a high deductible plan. So we will be paying 5-6k out of pocket every year, guaranteed, before insurance covers everything else for the foreseeable future. And then there are other indirect costs, as well. Health insurance and life insurance are going to be a problem for her for decades. And every single penny was and remains completely worth it, because 4.5 years later, and she’s still here and doing wonderfully! She’s an amazing person, and teaches me a lot every single day. Did a study abroad trip in Shanghai pre-covid. Specifically asked the receptionist at check in my dorm that I got to stay during big holiday breaks and he said yes, I didn’t have to move out. Low and behold, Chinese New Year comes around and my key card to my dorm stops working. When I asked, I was told that I had 6 days to move out for 3 weeks. Ended up slapping together the most haphazardly thrown together ‘vacation’ I’ve ever planned. All in all I spent about an extra 3K on that trip alone. Even tho the situation wasn’t exactly ideal, I wouldn’t change much about the trip and it’s one of the best memories/stories I have.

$2k in medical costs not covered by my insurance from when I had Covid. My insurance did cover the Homicidal ecstasy shirt so you should to go to store and get this $20k I was billed for just a few days in ICU. Paid thousand of dollars in lawyers fees to help my husband get SSI disability. We didn’t have to pay upfront, it came out of his back pay which is the only reason we were even able to do it. Surgery for my cat who swallowed a large string that got stuck in his digestive system. ~36 hours in an animal hospital, lots of monitoring, surgery, anesthesia, meds etc. Ran us up ~$10K. THANK GOD we had insurance otherwise i don’t know what we would have done. $12,000 vehicle repair. All new cooling, new steering, new power locks. Still owe $4,000 – sometimes it sucks living outside the US, parts are Hella expensive for vehicles.
