I used to get these sorts of comments when I came to work with a blinding migraine. Document your illness, ask your boss if he has any doubts you were ill and remind him Covid is still contagious and possibly deadly to people in his age cohort. As a 62 year old still working, I would be very grateful you stayed home. Screenshot this in case he disciplines you over an unavoidable absence and start looking for a better situation. It really is good to have a germaphob for a boss ! That said , I also have a manager who is the Hollow knight black shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this typical “martyr” Comes in sick and spreads it around . Then gets mad when we call out sick . i have worked the same retail job for over 30 years . 22 with the germaphob and martyr . The owner made us want to stay (not a corporate , big box company) Hard work and mutual respect got us good pay and benefits . So to any bosses reading my post , Yes respecting your employees will give you better employees . Not all , some people will always be bad employees .

Hollow knight black shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I just tell them I think they’re stupid for thinking they have to work that hard. Just look at how rich people live. Society is a joke. Should’ve quit right there in the Hollow knight black shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this comments and called out how impossibly immature it was for him to bitch and moan on social media like a child. Could’ve brought up how you prefer to work with “professionals”. Boss is an idiot. and they wonder why they cant keep help. I am 65 and a proud mom to a 32 yr old and two older stepkids and grandkids ages 3,7,16 and 20. They are outstanding kids all them and do what is right. I am proud of todays youth and this young person who respectfully let the boss know they couldnt work 2 full days before a shift due to covid/flu is the kind of person I want working where I shop or go to doctor or hospitals etc. Shame on you too boss for posting this on facebook page of the establishment!!! If you are going to call someone out (and this boss was out of line and I’m assuming ignoring government mandates), please use the correct verbiage. Unrespectaful technically is a word, but rarely used. Disrespectful would have been a more common and understandable word choice.
