Five days a week is awesome and even two days a week is great. hey toby. when i sat outside meditating with brightmind and noted sounds i got a bit overwhelmed by the amount of sounds. there were a lot of very constant sounds (they didn’t stop for several minutes) and i was wondering if i keep noting that in the same pace you suggest it in the app?

Even if you’re focusing on a single sound, you still maintain the rhythm of acknowledge and focus, of noting and labeling that you do when you’re letting your attention wander.
