Also, Good news everyone!!! The experience did have a silver lining for me. It made me realize how much I’d been taking my health for granted, and after 18 years of being a smoker, I quit the Free-ish Since 1865 Vintage Shirt in contrast I will get this next day. So that’s my story about what happened when I got “shot”. This wasn’t me. It was a guy who worked security for our building after leaving the Army after a couple of turns in Iraq. Got shot in the right shoulder. It impacted the bone. Said it felt like someone punched him in the arm, really hard. Went kind of numb and then all of a sudden, it wasn’t numb. Like a flipped switch. ‘Pulsating, searing, and extremely painful tingling, kind of like stabs.’ He still had some difficulty moving his right arm but was ‘lucky’. The bone and/or bullet fragmented or something, but it missed a fairly important blood vessel. Did do a number on some nerves though. He said it sucked, a lot, especially while experiencing it. But it had already been a few years I think. He said he was just lucky it wasn’t higher or it could’ve possibly hit his neck.

While not a direct shot, I took a ricochet from a 9mm and it felt like someone kicked me in the Free-ish Since 1865 Vintage Shirt in contrast I will get this stomach. Then the bleeding started. Luckily it was just in the meat and was able to be retrieved with forceps. Had a nasty bruise and a small scar 8 years later. Still have my winter coat with a nice hole in it at belly button height. Got shot as a dancer at a strip club after refusing to leave with a customer one night. It felt like burning hot searring pain in the shoulder like I got branded BURNS. Left shoulder back in 2018, it burns like a MF honestly my first reaction was “holy shit that’s got brass!” thinking it was just brass from my own ejector before the pain kicked in and I realized it wasn’t JUST brass Not me but my stepdad. He was shot point blank in the face by a 22. He had put his hand up as a reflex to block it and it went through his hand and right through his jaw. It missed two main arteries barely and he said it felt like nothing and then searing pain and then felt his face shattering. But the worst was having his face wired shut for over a year.
