Yeah… I mean we can’t even keep clean diapers and undergarments on seniors that aren’t acting out in care homes let alone the Comedy Stand Shane Gillis shirt but in fact I love this challenges that come with more aggressive forms of mental health. We need more state funded mental institutions, really. Prisons aren’t helpful for these people, and they certainly can’t function in society Actually, a judge can have someone committed but it has to be approved by a higher power and they also have to have committed a crime in order for the judge to sign the order. This also depends on what state you live in. Right. So we generally have to wait until a crime (or a suicide attempt) has been committed, and that person is found to be a threat to other people or themselves. Often it’s too late by then.

Sadly a lot of these people also don’t have any close friends or family in their life who can “sound the Comedy Stand Shane Gillis shirt but in fact I love this alarm” when someone has hit a dangerous point in their mental health. This. The ER releases people who are certified crazy everyday because they legally can’t hold them or force the care into them. A lot of these people absolutely could be fixed or atleast have their lives drastically improved. The bar for being held against your will needs to be drastically chnaged. The reason the bar’s so high is because it was a tool of oppression against certain “types” of people. The way this country’s going, I don’t trust any such institution to act in good faith. There was a guy 3 years ago in NYC who killed a series of homeless people on the subway in absolutely brutal, blood-bath stabbings, and he had been apprehended twice before that for incidents involving stabbings. But somehow he was never locked up. Why was he allowed on the streets?? There are so many instances where the system fails
