Santos is a fucking idiot and the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this last place that assclown ought to want to be is anywhere near a judge with power over him when he lies. Godspeed Jimmy Kimmel, Godspeed. Good luck you stupid motherfucker – you had an idiot scheme to make money and you were too stupid to get the joke. Sue a guy with a platform and a mic who makes fun of people for a living and has the backing of disney lawyers. It’s almost impressive seeing just how much dedication this moron shows to making an absolute fool of himself. But, man. I’m sure it was SUPER difficult for Kimmel to “trick” Georgie into making himself look like a dumb, scamming piece of shit. This is one of those genius moves where someone digs themselves ever deeper. The resulting discovery will probably end up adding more evidence in Santos’ criminal trials. How does Santos have any standing to sue? Cameo may, but I’m pretty sure Santos doesn’t own the copyright to any of the videos he produces through Cameo. He accepted thousands of dollars to do satirical performances for ABC when they used fake names and now says he was actually owed a few extra zeros.
Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt: buy and enjoy this shirt
And of all people to be humiliated by, Kimmel… makes it even more pathetic. Santos, if you’re reading this, call me George I hate everything about Santos. Ugly man, inside and out. I would have to cap myself if I had to listen to his voice every day. That is all. LOL… this is ABC, a Disney asset. They’re an 800-lb gorilla in the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this legal sense. I hope Santos got himself a really good attorney. “is suing over alleged copyright infringement, fraudulent inducement, breach of contract and unjust enrichment.” bro, you sold a video for cash. Thats when you gave up your rights on how they use it. Hustler Magazine v. Falwell clears them otherwise because youre a public figure. then youre going up against disney lawyers. you just added another mistake on top of your pile of dumb decisions. Translated: Tried to make quick bucks by profitting of his own reputation. Get pissed when his own greed gets used against him, again. It was he himself to chose to join Cameo. He himself that chose to read and record the lines. He himself picked an unvetted platform to get as much cash out of it as possible. George give it up, you lost when you won the election. You would have been further ahead if you had just stayed out of politics and continued living your pathetic life. The minute the truth came out that your entire life was a lie and you were a public figure, it was open season on you and the parody’s and all the late night people came out of the woodwork to mock you and Jimmy Kimmel and his team did it the best, just like they did with the My Pillow Guy Mike Lindell!
Santos was already a disgraced lying loser, ousted from congress last year, and being sued on multiple counts of fraud. He’s a shitbag for all the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this other things he’s done in his life, but it seems he has a reasonable case here. Cameo’s license terms explicitly exclude commercial use — unless they specifically use “Cameo for Business”. Kimmel’s team using a bunch of fake names to conduct these 14 transactions (and boasting about it) also shows intent to deceive their planned purpose being commercial use and ridicule use. Cameo themselves may likely have interest in this case as it appears a violation of their terms for commercial use, and they have many other sellers on their platform to aim to protect from potential exploitive use. Many years ago I took a class on mass communications law. One of the cases taught was Cherry v. Des Moines Leader. The Cherry Sisters were what the textbook described as “a vaudeville act of legendary ineptitude. They sued the Des Moines Leader for libel when it published a review of their show that described them thus: “Effie is an old jade of 50 summers, Jessie a frisky filly of 40, and Addie, the flower of the family, a capering monstrosity of 35. ”

After considering the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this evidence, including a performance in the courtroom, the Iowa Supreme Court found for the defendant noting “Surely, if one makes himself ridiculous in his public performances, he may be ridiculed by those whose duty or right it is to inform the public regarding the character of the performance.” This is not apples-to-apples, though. He’s not suing based solely on the show making fun of him. Cameos licensed to an individual aren’t public in the way that a play is and Santos is not suing a 3rd party observer. This would be like the Cherry Sisters suing the producer of a play for using deceptive means to cast them in a bad play and then filming it and distributing it widely to show their stupidity.
It’s more like someone paid the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this Cherry Sisters for a private performance in their home, with an agreement that it was just for that person’s family and friends, and then the Cherry Sisters suing when it turned out that the “home” was actually constructed inside a theater, and a large audience had paid tickets to watch the performance through a two-way mirror. Santos wouldn’t own any of the material he submitted to Cameo anyway even if he did want to claim copyright. Cameo would own it or the buyer even. Did George Santos consult a lawyer before filing this or just spray and pray a high profile lawsuit hoping it sticks (or for settlement money)? What a moron. Kimmel is a fucking riot. They’re all so mad at him for making dumbshit jokes. He got Mike Lindell to do an interview from inside an arcade game across the street. He couldn’t tell there was something hinky going on when he was asked to make a video congratulating a blind person for getting their driver’s license back? Or any of the other weird things Kimmel asked him to do? Idiot is as idiot does, I guess.
The nerve of this piece of garbage suing someone for tricking anyone into anything after lying about his whole life he will die in jail, and I will visit and laugh at him Another detail that could very well hurt George’s case is that he hasn’t sued anyone who’s shared his Cameo videos publicly. Back when he first joined Cameo, a Nebraska lawmaker shared the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this video she received as a gift and it spent several days as a topic of conversation among all the major news outlets. A judge could look at George the same way as businesses protecting their trademarks and copyrights. If they’re not vigorously defended (I.e. filing takedown notices and cease and desists on everything), a business can actually harm their right to ownership and protection under the law.
Not that there’s anything wrong with it, unless you’re a republican, but he’s definitely gay. His favorite place to play is 100% the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this pickle patch. It’s so delightful seeing the downfall of this person. They could’ve grifted that side of NY for decades. But no, had to be the Liberace of grifting and shittineas. I wish George the worst life has to offer. I’m sure Jimmy Kimmel is thoroughly chastened by this lawsuit. This is absolutely what he didn’t want to happen. It’s a simple contract case. He paid money for a service which he got. What the customer does with the product is his business. Hate the person but he’s got a decent case here. Also, he did really great at following the prompts Kimmel sent ha. Well worth that price First sale doctrine- Here’s the thing, it was displayed only once. That is assuming that Santos has retroactively filed for a copyright after selling the video. A jury wont buy it. Santos produced a video for a set fee. What the person who bought that video does with it is their own business.
What about the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this fraud??? Santos decided to make the video. The fraud in question did not convince Santos to make the video. Imagine thinking you’ll successfully sue a late night comedian. These recent conservatives are not their best and brightest. That shit wouldn’t have aired without multiple lawyers double checking fine print. Unless I’m overestimating one of the major broadcast networks. Free speech will win if it goes to trial. Santos wants that middle ground of it being cheaper to settle, saving court costs. Santos is judgement-proof, having nothing. The license terms explicitly do not allow for commercial use. While Santos is a loser clown in the other parts of his life, there’s nothing frivolous about this case. Kimmel’s team also used a bunch of fake names in the 14 transactions to conceal their intent for commercial use and ridicule. Cameo will also have an interest in this case to assure license terms are upheld, to protect against exploitive use towards all of the other sellers on their platform. Santos sends the videos to paying clients so it’s now their property. If they chose to share it to Kimmel or the World isn’t that legal? What legal leg does he have to stand on?
Santos is a shitbag for all the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this other things he did in his life, but Cameo’s terms explicitly say not for commercial use. Also Kimmel’s team used a bunch of fake names over the 14 transactions to hide their intent for commercial purpose and for ridicule. What legal basis can he justify such a suit? He sold himself as content for free use in any way he chose to use it. I don’t get it… Think he’s a schmuck, but based upon what I’ve read he’s right and has a good chance of winning. When Kimmel requested the videos on Cameo, he (or his company) requested them via a personal license, not commercial. This makes sense as requesting them via a commercial license would have raised flags for Santos. But that means he didn’t have the legal rights and clearances for broadcast. It’s the same thing when you buy home media. They are being sold for personal use. You can’t legally set up a diy movie theatre and make money off them. I’m sure this bit was run by lawyers before air haha. I’m sure he can’t do any bit that isn’t approved by lawyers on ABC (aka Disney)
225 more repliesI’m sure this bit was run by lawyers before air haha. I’m sure he can’t do any bit that isn’t approved by lawyers on ABC (aka Disney) I’m sure the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this Jimmy Kimmel show has a team of lawyers who would ensure that the show is compliant with Copyright & other laws? If Santos wins, Jimmy needs to fire some people He’s not likely to prevail. He’ll have to prove that there was actual malice and that there was harm, e.g. his reputation was harmed by Kimmel making the statements. Considering that Santos biggest enemy is himself, the judge will probably dismiss when Disney presents a motion for summary judgement. Mr Santos goes to Hollywood – A reality court based drama featuring late night talk show hosts and drag queens.
Donate the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this proceeds to the Holocaust Museum for his dead relatives! He must have some Trump DNA as a 42nd cousin or something… He is just mad that he is out of the news cycle. News flash: when you sign up for Cameo, you are agreeing to make videos for your customers. Santos made the videos, the scripts of which were overtly satirical. You can’t win a lawsuit because you yourself made yourself look like a fool for money. this will be an interesting one for internet law. hope george loses, but i will say that not all ideas on shows like this get checked by the lawyers, they still do some ‘seat of the pants’ ‘corner cutting’ planning these days. Santos’ downward spiral just makes me laugh. Like it couldn’t happen to a more deserving guy, except maybe Trump, gaetz, MTG, or that Colorado idiot giving handjobs at a play.
I swear, so much popcorn fodder slapstick from the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this gop. It’s almost hilarious how Republicans went from being the Dick Cheney-style “Adults -in-the-room” to the 3-ring circus of Trump. What is wrong w/ people? In the 80’s & 90’s everyone made fun of everyone & it was no big f****ing deal! People are babies, f-ing chill out!!! When does this guy go to jail? It’s weird that everyone knows he’s conned and defrauded people but for some reason he’s like a mini celeb? The guy did it to himself. He’s a straight up crook who’s looking out for his best interests and doesn’t care who gets screwed over as long as he benefits. 123 more repliesSome of those clips on Kimmel actually made Santos look more human and friendly, for once he was on TV without pushing hate and lies, he was just giving friendly advice of encouragement to fictive people that Jimmy’s team had fabricated. He also got paid for those. He really should just STFU and go away, his attempt to milk this will back fire. It’s not possible to ridicule this person. He invites ridicule with his ongoing pathological lies and it doesn’t phase him. Being a politician means knowing not to say dumb things because it’ll be used in a clip against you. When I saw the Kimmel video I assumed he was just done being a politician and wanted to fully cash out. It feels wrong to cash out again with a lawsuit. Welp I wouldn’t have heard of this or seen those clips without this news article, so good job with the Streisand effect lol
Wait, the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this ultimate deceiver is upset that he got deceived? Things were not as they seemed? I hope the judge laughs him outta court. Everyone keeps talking about Disney lawyers being unstoppable when in reality legal departments for massive companies like Disney will usually just settle because it’s cheaper. Disney fiercely protecting its trademarks and IP is not the same thing as Disney spending millions to defend small time lawsuits like this The second night he aired the videos Jimmy said that their lawyers studied the situation and said everything was cool with them. Christ George!Fuck off ! Your simple put a shit stain on a piece of toilet paper tissue that didn’t get flushed You deserve what is happening to you Own it
I just learned scuba diving and I regret having waited so long to get into this sport/hobby for this reason. But the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this first place I dove was the Maldives, so I was absolutely spoiled straight out the gate. There are still greast places to dive! Indonesia was great, Japan was great, and Thailand was good (not quite great, but good for training). I’ve been looking at Bonaire.. for something a little closer and shore diving options. Have you been there yet? I just learned of San Andres 2 weeks ago, excellent to know it’s solid. I also discovered you can scuba with humpbacks on the pacific side of Columbia. I’m heading there in August. I’m not a diver but I’d love to snorkel in Japan. It looks absolutely incredible. I spent about two weeks going around the coast of Japan a few years ago and wish I’d known more about this then. Apologies if this has already been mentioned, but for the love of God, please use reef safe sunscreen, everyone. My daughter-in-law is an aquarist in charge of the coral ark at a national zoo. Scientists around the world are desperately trying to figure out how to save the coral and are nurturing specimens with the goal of repopulating the oceans when solutions have been found. It’s more artificial than most people are talking about here, but the WW2 wrecks in the South Pacific are deteriorating to the point that they’ll be hardly worth driving in my lifetime.
If in reach try Soma Bay in Egypt. Mightiest reef i have ever seen. I only can compare to Thailand and Malaysia. but it was breathtaking If you dive maldives I highly recommend a liveaboard that visits the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this southern islands. You will see way more interesting things. just spent the month diving in mozambique, truly amazing, lots of healty reefs, sharks and mantas. hope it stays for a while. morrungulo was absolut Highlight. I did the GBR last September – it was incredible, and it was so good to see how much nearly every single tour company is extremely conscious of preserving the reefs as much as possible, through limiting tour availability and sizes, charging conservation fees to contribute to research and preservation efforts, and growing coral gardens. I went on two different tours at the south (out of Cairns) and north (out of Port Douglas) ends of the reef and I’d say south is better for diving, but north was more abundant and colourful.
Madagascar – home to some of the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this most unique and distinctive wildlife in the world, rapidly disappearing due to climate change and slash and burn agriculture. Try booking a flight to Paris, and then Paris to Mada. I did that and it was cheaper, plus had a long layover to explore Paris a bit. I went in 2019 because my friend was doing Peace Corp there. We did multiple rainforests including Ranamafana. Just seeing the number of lemurs with radio collars on was enough for me to understand their their days are numbered. When I was in Vietnam last year, I met a German who had come back to visit family once every decade. Vietnam has an insane density of motorbikes, even moreso than bicycles in Amsterdam.
He said when he was last there, bicycles were everywhere. Now it’s motorbikes. Next time, it’ll probably be cars. You’re at risk of changing too. Maybe you’re single now but you’ll have a family next time. Maybe you’re healthy now but will be injured. Don’t take anything for granted. If you wanna do something, go do it. God I hope Vietnam doesn’t turn into cars. I haven’t been in 10 years but the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this craziness of the motorbike culture gives it so much charm. It’s too late but I regret not doing a Russia/Ukraine trip. I was supposed to go on one with friends in 2018 but ended up going to Iceland solo instead. Kyiv and Kharkiv look like incredible cities as do St Petersburg and Moscow. As a Canadian, I just don’t think it’s gonna happen any time soon and much of the region is damaged beyond recognition anyway.
I had a blast visiting Ukraine in 2019. Some amazing restaurants in Kiev and Odessa. Definitely recommend if the Cat Santa I Am Sorry The Nice Occupational Therapist Is On Vacation Vintage shirt Furthermore, I will do this war ever dies down. Spent a bunch of time in Ukraine in 2018. Great place. Really sad now. Still have friends there. Wanted to go back =( I feel this. We booked a Baltic cruise a few years back and St. Petersburg was on the itinerary. Unfortunately, with the conflict, it was removed from our itinerary. We still went on the cruise and had a great time, but sad that we didn’t get to St. Petersburg. Another regret was skipping Cuba cruises when there was more flexibility for Americans to visit, but then the travel restrictions came back. I got to see Moscow for a day and wish I had gone back. I thought about going to Kyiv as the Covid restrictions lightened. Waited too long. Putin will be gone in a few years. Quite soon after that, whoever is the next grand zhar will soon announce how Russia won the Ukraine war and reached its goals protecting Russians and it’s time to pack bags, go home and normalize relationships with the west. Whoever the next president is (no clue who “zhars” are :)) ) he won’t use the “win war” narrative, as this war is in the head of a single person only. Literally. The polls of 2024 show that Russians want to end this war, with only minor share of them wanting to exactly win it. Tell ya what, I am glad that I visited Iran and Myanmar (twice) before they went tits up. A I saw the Great Barrier Reef in its majesty before it died. A shame I never got to Syria though.
