Almost all the Cheech & Chong 53rd Anniversary 1971 – 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirt What’s more,I will buy this people I’ve known who do this are 50+ year old ex-builders who after building up enough money, contacts & connections over the course of their career, then got into property development. Anyone can get into property development but the biggest problem (and the one which usually makes or breaks whether a project ends up being remotely profitable & worthwhile to do or not) is developing a team of tradesman that you can really depend on to be available, do the work properly and not try to rip you off. I knew a guy once who tried to move from stock trading to property development but he faced an enormous amount of problems finding anyone who wouldn’t try to rip him off and/or do sub-par work, which wasn’t helped by the fact that he looked rich and lacked DIY skills to such an extent that he had no real sense of the value of things, nor often noticed when the work being done was not up to standard until it was too late. All the doer-upper projects he did looked fantastic in the end, but he spent so much time & money on them that he basically would’ve been better off working a minimum wage job (no exaggeration). I think a lot of rich people go into property development thinking that it’ll be easy money (when it’s often anything but).
