The point in general is to be fully engaged in the here and now. These that involve more stimulation with our senses might be more helpful for people who have some cognitive conditions such as ADHD I imagine. I suppose it depends on how you define meditation. I use Yoga as one of my forms of meditation. I also use swimming, biking, and running as meditation. I think there are different types of meditation for different people, I’ve always disliked the idea that it has to be done a certain way. I don’t think it is unusual to observe that independent meditation is too difficult for most people to keep up. This is why the concept of the Sangha is important, among other reasons.

Although physical activity also has benefits, these are in a separate category. Meditation is definitely for me and I am blessed to be able to say this. ?? What I also have a feeling about this is that people are expecting something more from meditation than what the BSB 30 years 1993-2023 thank you for the memories signatures shirt Apart from…,I will love this practice is giving them. A meditation practice could be as simple as sanding boards for 8 hours and learning to focus on the focus, watching your movements. You learn to find a center in this because otherwise your mind will crave more.
