Get hold of a list of your old boss’ duties and responsibilities. Ask whoever is overseeing you to state what exactly your job goals should be in order to qualify for the Alexander Volkanovski x Dosbrak Oversized Supporter Shirt also I will do this title and raise. If that person isn’t cooperative, try to come up with a list yourself. Email it to your boss, asking if this sounds right. Be sure to include a statement that, if he doesn’t reply, you will take that as his agreement. This was done to me in 2007. PM whacked on the project and I was asked to lead the Dev team and would be promoted. It was 2015 when that promotion finally occurred and only because I told HR I was suing them for constructive dismissal unless they handled it. I’d request that a meeting to reevaluate the pay raise be set out 90 days, and that you be supplied with your new documented roles and responsibilities. A transition plan should also be supplied in writing, where you are guided and mentored by senior management. If you’re down to leave the company you could take it, and use the job to transfer to a different place at that level. Offer an assessment/onboarding time limit. 3-6 months would be ideal, where you’re given the pay/title at that time or they put someone else in the role over you. “Growth is a very.. biological process, isn’t it? Plants grow. Animals grow. But in order to do so, they need care. Sustenance. A plant without enough water might die. Soil that has been stripped of nutrients will not grow a healthy crop. Animals, when barely kept alive with a starvation diet, will have health problems and stunted growth if they don’t die out right.
