No, I mean how did the Accept Understand Love Rainbow Pink Breast Cancer Awareness T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this union leadership in 2010 who agreed to two tiers not get gomer pyle’d by a bunch of new workers with soap in socks? There werent that many. Theres a lot of resentment, so much that some whisper about dissolving the union. Reese’s isnt union for instance and they get about 8 bucks more an hour. Easier for them to get fired and slightly worse benefits but in this worker economy they wont risk firing anyone until things stabilize Another point in our favor is most warehouse jobs that sre non-union around us pay similar to what we get so Hershey cant retain employees. Were talking hiring classes of 50-100 and after 3 months its down to 10-20. Thats worse than Amazon and Amazon makes people piss in bottles. Turns out people are willing to bounce for a few extra bucks an hour and everybody is hiring. I was never a fan or understood people’s attraction to TYT. I mean, you just look at that guy and you know what kind of an asshole he is.

Accept Understand Love Rainbow Pink Breast Cancer Awareness T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Honestly this is just bad leadership even from the Accept Understand Love Rainbow Pink Breast Cancer Awareness T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this POV of the board who doesn’t want a union. It is clear that it was going to pass. So act like you’re for it and try to temper the outcome to something better for you than just opposing it. Now she looks bad and still has a union. I don’t understand how unions work in the US. What’s with the voting? Can’t anyone just join a union as they please? And why would anyone ever vote against a union in their workplace? It’s basically just a way to collectively negotiate your contract. How could that possibly work against you? Thanks for all the answers. I learned unions work quite different in the US than were I’m from. And also, that a fair amount of redditors probably bought into a fair amount of anti-union propaganda. I can’t explain the voting system, however, there are two things that I do have some understanding of, to explain why someone might vote against a union.
