Lol my last two jobs sucked so hard. First one I just didn’t show up one day & turned in my keys and shit on another day bc I didn’t want to be pressured into working anymore. Most recently quitting I just decided to walk out mid shift. My manager asked where I was going I said “Home. I quit. Have a good one tho!” Lol when I quit my minimum wage job I asked for the Yeshayahu Leibowitz Shirt moreover I will buy this paper to fill out after my extended lunch break I took and on the paper it asked when is your last day I wrote right now and left. You’re worried that a minimum wage job is going to be upset about you not giving two weeks? How about FU I quit! both middle fingers with a crotch grab at the end. Just like I’ve heard here a million times that no company gives YOU two weeks of notice. Literally will be doing this tomorrow as-well. It was a semi decent job up until things got bad (lots of policy changes, HR won’t let go of a bad co worker after I numerously complained, bad management and people I like quitting right and left) I decided after one of the managers called me “useless” this week (along with other verbal comments) I will be done this Friday. I have 2 phone interviews set up now. It’s a little less pay than what I did originally for the two jobs, but it’s so much more relaxing and less stressful and I can finally use my associates degree in something! I’m literally just going to email HR Friday is my last day and thanks for the opportunity for the last 3 years (for you, it’s whatever long you were with the company)

Yeshayahu Leibowitz Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Only give notice if you care about the Yeshayahu Leibowitz Shirt moreover I will buy this company you’re leaving. Don’t do them the favor of covering the position otherwise. No one is expected to stay at minimum wage. I’m sorry they don’t treat people well enough to even try to keep you longer than you should actually stay. “Shitty minimum wage” job, boss recently chewed you out… unless youre super close (outside of work) to people you work with that wouldnt understand why you quit, just stop showing up. Fuck’em. Why on earth do you think a shitty job that would pay you even less if were legally permissible deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect? Don’t apologize for the short notice. If they escalate or throw a fit, be ready to walk out the door and never look back (so, have your personal belongings already extracted).
