Ohhh and I said “come on don’t be boring” once because she wouldn’t come out with me anywhere that was also a reason for the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this break up “you called me boring” Be it’s a real shame as I’m truly a romantic and I love treat women well and just seeing them happy, but it just makes me think treat them mean keep them keen works. Right now terrible, been unemployed for a while, the job hunt is mentally taxing as its not going anywhere, the people i want to talk to the most are ignoring me It’s not that great. I do kinda have a significant other but we got together over a joke, and I kinda feel bad since I don’t feel true love, but I mean, I guess that’s what you get when you get in a relationship with someone because you jokingly called them a boyfriend, and never had a relationship before, other than in kindergarten when me and her didn’t know what a relationship really was. Onto another thing, I don’t really know how other people think of me and interact with me, other than being forced to be a partner in a school project I do have friends but they’re all online, in a different state, the one I’m closest to is currently living in Texas, and we’ve been knowing each other for awhile since one of my past friends united me and him. I do need to go outside and make friends, but I don’t really know how to, I want to but most of the people at my high school aren’t really the kind of people I’d like to be around, some of them vape, others keep getting into fights, some are just assholes that pick on people for no reason. I dont really like being around these people either, also no, I’m not trying to make them sound bad, but it is just what my interpretation of them are. My mom is a drug addict, and is trying to justify it by saying “well I did it when you were young and you turned out just fine”, constantly steals my money to spend it on drugs, constantly steals food stuff from me and gets mad when I get mad at her, other times starts screaming at me, and starts screaming at me when I don’t want to listen to her rambling on about something, or when I don’t want her to look through my room or my computer. My dad is convinced she is trying to put him in jail, and thinks I’m trying to help her. He used to scream at me while I was young because I was crying, he constantly drinks, he also drives and refuses to stop or drink anything else other than shitty cheap beer, saying that if it’s not Miller lite, it’s not good. He’s racist, keeps saying the “N WORD” and assumes all black people are up to bad things, and is also homophobic, saying that no son of him will be gay, despite me being a closeted gay, and thinking of becoming transgender. He also has really shitty friends, that keeps stealing from him and me and mom and he just doesn’t care, usually saying that stolen things are just something I lost, even though I don’t know how I loose a ps4, when I had it under my desk, or my mom’s jewelry keeps going missing, but probably because she might be selling them for drug money. He also keeps blaming things that break in my possession on me, and I do admit that I am destructive, kind of, I usually just break wires on accident, but even things that aren’t my fault and is from someone else to my things is also my fault, like someone moving my iPad from the counter (away from danger) next to the sink and the screen getting damaged by the dishes that are being set right on top of it. It may be partially my fault from it being on the counter in the first place, but I had it away from the sink, in the corner, where it’s nice and dry. I’m at my grandmas right now, thankfully.
Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt: best style for you
I don’t know if this is slurred or making me seem like the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this good or bad guy, or contradictory at all, but I kind of just typed whatever was on my mind. I’m not trying to paint anyone in a bad life, I should probably call CPS, but I don’t know if they’ll put me in a foster family or let me stay at my grandmas. Actually I started to recover and started feeling good again until she brought her ex into conversation. I guess as OP said, they seems to take me granted too. Weirdly spending hours between desk job and mellow evenings is ordinary but okay normal to me these days. You’re not alone. It took me many years to get to a point mentally where I no longer GAF. I am currently reading the book The Subtle art of not Giving AF by Mark Manson. Yes, I still think about and randomly talk about past relationships. But that’s how I cope with the random thoughts that still affect my mental health. I wouldn’t say that my mental health is fragile but it is damaged by my past. I deal with it all the best that I can and by surrounding myself with better people in my small circle. People pleasing is bad for your mental health for many reasons. First of all giving/paying people to hang out with you is a no no.
Whether it is moving everything for a “friend” instead of the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this friend paying movers, or treating friends to drinks/dinner, to just being very available, most receivers will take the “gift” but they will hold no value to it. Also, if you do things nice transactionally, to expect someone else to do it back for you, that is people pleasing. A lot of people please behaviour comes from childhood. If you were emotionally neglected, you seek out acceptance from others. Since I realized that what I have is a disease of energies (bipolar disorder) and I’m not depressed or crazy, I have become indestructable. I completly allow myself to be myself and have stopped being hard on myself and setting unrealistic standards. I’ve adopted minimalism and toaism as my personal concepts of how I think the world is. Now nothing can touch me honestly. It’s a great feeling of always having an answer and telling yourself “it’s okay, do what you need to” when you’re having an energy crisis.
About Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt
Not very fragile, I’m concerned with myself and things that involve me and do what I can to have it as good as I can. I ignore things out of my control. I’ll shed a tear only when there’s something dear to me on the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this screen, not from frustration in life, I’ve forgotten how that feels by now. I hope I don’t get seriously hurt and have to find out just how far the pain needs to go until I the cry instinct kicks in, lol. I think I’ve disciplined myself to filter out a lot of things by catching negativity and resetting, and I’m focusing only on good stuff. Advantage is not being stressed, while the disadvantage is not being able to express emotions. I’m not very social and I don’t make new friends easily.
Pushing through this miserable life by humour, friends, and thick skin. I never open up about anything to anyone anymore, I don’t want amateur shrinks and annoying predictable advice, only I can evaluate myself properly. Unsolicited advice. Stay single for a while and learn how to value * yourself*. I don’t mean “oooh I think I’m hot shit.” But learn what you like and dislike in life, learn the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this value you bring to any situation: work, romantic relationships, familial relationships, friendships, your neighborhood, hobbies, etc. Take time to learn things you are interested in and learn them well. Some days I am overwhelmed with the burden of feeling responsible for everything. Every bill depends on me. Whether we have food depends on me. The shopping and errands depend on me. Yet I know if I complain about it, people will turn it around and try to make me feel guilty for complaining and making them feel bad.
I know they are going through their own mental health issues and they are doing the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this things I ask of them, but that doesn’t mean I don’t feel burdened and overwhelmed at times and I wish I could take about it with my loved ones without hurting them and with them understanding that how I feel is not intended as a judgement of them. It is just how I feel and nothing more. Bad. I feel convinced that sometime during covid I actually died and what I am currently living in the afterlife, more specifically hell. Everything has gone to shit since 2019. I am not invested in my own life, I just drift from moment to moment. I have been single since 2016 and my mental health has never been better. I am unstoppable these days, it is wild how much being in a relationship was holding me back. I tripled my income and am crushing my goals. Divorce was the best thing that ever happened to me. Find yourself before you commit to a relationship! In a relationship with a woman a man is always taken for granted. Its what being a man is all about, provide and don’t whine. This has to do with the fact that men are overly horny, to the point that men say anything to get sex, wich makes women interested, because they are too naive.
I’m bout 1 catastrophe away from ending it. losing a job, car breaking down, anything of the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this like will probably be my undoing to be honest. hopeless and tired. I’m at this point in life where, if I see a bus coming my way I won’t move, just let it hit me. Won’t suicide cus I’m too much of a pussy. Im generally happy but my stress is killing me, so im kinda in a state where im too stressed to really process how my mental health is doing. I am generally one more life incident away from stripping myself of all clothing and marching into the woods to never return to the human world again. There are some high spots that keep me going day-to-day but if someone presented me with the ability to assume a new identity and walk away from society tomorrow, I’d ask why I have to wait a day.
Pretty good as of now. It’s been solid for a couple years. However: you’re asking how fragile. So when shit hits the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this fan in life how hard is to go on is your question. I have a baby on the way and we have been trying for a child for so long. 3 years to be exact. I have some anxiety of complications with the baby and my wife during pregnancy and during birth. If anything happens to those two….. Yeah it would be bad…. Real bad. Like I’ll need someone checking up on me hourly bad…. BUT THAT WONT HAPPEN SO IM GREAT
As a woman, it makes me really sad to read the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this comments and think that my boyfriend and/or my male friends might feel the same way as everyone here. I reaaly hope they know that, if they want to open up, there will be support. I don’t understand why people would judge someone for feeling sad, anxious, lonely or for wanting to cry?? everybody feels things sometimes Im one bad day away from shattering on the floor. Things are getting better though. Trying to be more optimistic. The only people I would talk to about my issues are the people that rely on me to be strong for them so I say nothing. Every day I hope I find out I have cancer so I can leave this planet without the guilt of ending it myself. Just waiting for the day that no one needs me so I can peace out. I plan on faking moving to a new place then dropping into a lake with concrete shoes. My mental health is great….but it took many years of Zen Buddhist meditation, psilocybin mushrooms trips, LSD trips…..and lots and lots of weed.
I’ve given up on all that now …except the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this meditation. I don’t need the assistance of psychedelics or weed anymore. No judgement for folks who still indulge, it’s just not necessary for me anymore. Truth no such thing as a safe space. That’s where my mental health is at. Everything is at least a little bit guarded always. Nothing is ever fully open, fully free, everything is always slightly constrained, slightly formed to expectations. I’ve got no need dark secrets, nothing to hide, I’m surrounded by supportive family and people, but am i ever truly relaxed? Nope. Hey pal, you’re worth a whole lot, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. I know how you feel. Find yourselfs friends who are not ashamed to tell you they love you, and what you mean to them. It makes all the difference! But be aware, if you haven’t experienced that kind of friendship before, it can feel new and uncomfortable at times. You have to allow yourself to hear what they’re saying to you.
Also find your emotional trigger. For me it’s certain music. When i feel the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this negative emotions overwhelm me, i listen to some music and have a good, long ugly cry. It’s very cathartic, and can clear the proverbial air in ones mind. This year, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been and I enjoy every single day. Literally can’t tell you one day in the past year that I’ve been unhappy. Whelp, between the PTSD, major depressive disorder, and generalized anxiety, it’s definitely not great. But I’m taking it day by day and pushing through. “Well, I wake up in the morning at 11:47 and I can’t believe I have to face the horror of another fucking day.” The other day I reached out to someone who I’ve followed and who followed me for 15 years after they had posted a meme I thought was kinda insensitive about mental health and gender issues. They immediately reduced me to stereotypes about my born body and then publicly shamed and misgendered me because ‘how dare I let them know that they’d hurt me’. It would be a relief to get a highly aggressive terminal disease because I’m too much of a coward to kill myself My mental health is very good. I stay calm, express myself well, and communicate efficiently. I’m in a 6 year relationship and I’m only 23. I tell anyone who asks how i am that “I’ve never been better” even though I’m miserable. Despite any lip service in the media, nobody really cares about men. We are seen only for what we can provide.
I don’t think I’m good looking enough for my gf, other people’s successes fuck me up and I generally think I’m a bad person because of it. you never really know until something happens that breaks it ” Nah man it’s not like I saw someone die” ” Nah man I wouldn’t go that far for a girl” Hope everyone who is going through hardship has at least an outlet to balance it or at most the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this ability to seek professional help A good evening to you all I’m working on it. Alot of things have not gone my way from relationships, family drama, career in flux, money issues etc. It’s been alot to deal with and last week was particularly rough. It’s better now but not really. My stress management is extremely fragile, couple that with me constantly avoiding confrontation and social anxiety leads to bad days
I’ve read many of the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this comments here and see some common threads – there are feelings of deep sadness and that we live in a society that expects men to not express their feelings; that there is an unfair expectation that men provide even at the cost of their mental and physical health; feelings that men are disposable. This is •exactly• why feminism matters and we must fight against toxic masculinity. I think people often misunderstand feminism (in large part because it has been purposely misrepresented) but it really is a movement for equality – not just for women, but men, too. “A report from the World Health Organization points to three reasons men don’t live as long: the way men work (they endure greater “exposure to physical and chemical hazards”), their willingness to take risks (thanks to “male norms of risk-taking and adventure”) and their discomfort with doctors (they’re “less likely to visit a doctor when they are ill and, when they see a doctor, are less likely to report on the symptoms of disease or illness”).” Plank (of “Why the Patriarchy is Killing Men” by Liz Plank) states how issues such as these are literally “man made diseases.” By attempting to reach the patriarchal standards within our society, men are destroying themselves in the process.” When asked why she did it, “You didn’t seem like you lost anything.” Mainly because I never showed any emotion around her d/t the fact that she was an emotional wreck for months.
Have tried dating every now and then, I have noticed the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this second I display any emotion, that is not 100% positive I get ghosted, or told it’s not going to work. And you can forget me trying to explain why I’m single at 36 now w/o being judged hard. But I have my dog, I have my hobbies, I am outdoors more than ever. I may be alone forever, but I think I would be okay with being alone, than sacrificing my own mental health for someone else’s ever again. If you feel like you can’t afford/make yourself go to therapy I started with a virtual therapy that my insurance paid for completely. I don’t have great insurance, if you asked me if I thought my insurance would cover this I never would have guessed they would. Call your insurance provider or look around on their website and see if they offer anything like this.
I can’t stress enough how big of an improvement it’s made. I know it can seem like help isn’t out there, or it’s too hard to access, I definitely did, but it’s out there. With every day that passes, I make the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this tiniest of baby steps towards accepting that it’s ok to harm evil people. I’ve never been the kind of person to hurt others or to want negative things for other people, but I go online and it seems like every post is wanting to make me out to be some kind of monster. Honestly man i can relate to you as I feel so many ladies these days do take us for granted. Im hoping to find a girl thats got her head screwed on. Society is hard on them too just in different ways. Bumping into the wrong peeps is part of life, and in what world is anyone unjustifiably treating someone wrongly a reflection of the victim? You are thinking based on emotions.
Give up, im going by inertia. Nobody gives a fuck until they need something i stop bothering about it and stop trying. I just acepted my fate. Do you feel this way because of the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this way your partner is treating/not treating you…or is it coming from your own perspective that you need to be “worth” something to someone or yourself? Never been better. But i also dont buy into a lot of the machismo shit that a ton of dudes do. I deal with my emotions in a healthy way and dont bottle them up until they come out as rage. I also married a woman who is incredibly healthy in that department. Idk how fragile it is. Its definitely not as strong as I want it to be, but not as weak as it was a few years ago. I’m more willing to talk about my problems, but the issue is finding someone who cares to listen or has time. My father is really good at it, but not really anyone else. So I don’t want to overburdened him with my problems. But I don’t have the time or money for therapy, so I have to keep it going with my prescription instead
Over the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this years, I noticed a difference in the way the women I dated would build and maintain their social circles and the way I did. Basically, I was seeing women regularly engaging with their friends, seeking out new experiences after work, joining clubs, that sorta thing. In my own life, I was not nurturing my relationships, building new ones, or even taking up new hobbies and expanding my horizons. When I had this realization, I made a concerted effort to mimic what I saw women doing right. It’s made a huge difference in my overall mental health. I’m much happier than I was several years ago. If you’re reading this and it strikes a chord, I encourage you to get out there and try stuff, hobbies, anything that gets you out there meeting people and having fun. Relationships are what give life meaning, so get out there and build some.
Between a strong meditation habit and pretty consistent workout routine, I’d say I’m okay. Having a loving partner helps, and for that I am grateful and lucky. I hear you man it sucks because we are the Walker Buehler Los Angeles Dodgers world champs the final out 2024 Shirt In addition,I will do this sex that has to pursue, privide, protect, and make ourselves vulnerable and all we can do is hope they appreciate it and reciprocate. Women complain but they don’t have to invest in a relationship at all if they don’t want until they are in a committed relationship. That’s when you build attachment, so we have to start attaching from date 1, acting like their BF, but they don’t have the same expectations in our society. I’ve dealt with it at times with trying less, as everyone advises, but it doesn’t work. Women today demand high effort from the beginning and most never reciprocate.
