If you allow them the Vintage Grand Ole Opry Bill Monroe Blue Grass Boys concert T-Shirt it is in the first place but opportunity they WILL screw you over just to make it easy on themselves. Most of these type of occurrences boil down to people not being assertive. Your Boss is NOT Your Friend! Polish up your Resume’/CV. Get your feelers out on job search. Take Your Vacation. Yeah I don’t ask, I inform that they need to have someone ready to cover because im using my time. My time my money. Great to hear you got to go on your vacation after all OP but I’ve seen employers do this to literally see if you’ll stand up for yourself so the company knows you’re worthy of a promotion. It’s unreal the things we as employees have to do now to enjoy time away from work it shouldn’t be this stressful or made to make us feel like we’re bad employees for taking time off. But regardless congrats for standing your ground and not backing down so you can enjoy time for yourself.

Sounds like your boss was testing the Vintage Grand Ole Opry Bill Monroe Blue Grass Boys concert T-Shirt it is in the first place but limit they can manipulate or abuse you. You win this round, don’t let them keep acting like this. You’ve had this trip planned almost a year ahead of time. Them being unprepared is not your problem, enjoy your trip and they can kick rocks with no shoes on Wow it sounds like you’re really fucking important, like critical to the success of this company and should get a massive raise. Lmaoooo If you submitted a request in 2022 for vacation in 2023 and it was approved in 2022; then your boss should honor that request. You need to tell your boss that if he knows about the project this far ahead, he needs to schedule it around your already approved vacation “ as I told you three months ago, I won’t be in on those dates so I would suggest changing the date of the big project.” A giant and critically important project that absolutely has to start the very day your vacation starts sounds very, maliciously deliberate. Obviously, you are wrong – he is not a good person. He’s also not your friend. Get both of those out of your head.
